The location, size and cleanliness of this beach house are excellent. We think it must be the best place to stay in Carloforte, with easy access and close to everything. Excellent communication with the owner, too. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Very homly and cosy cottage style accommodation. Decor and furnishing very charming country style. Well equipped and fitted out, incl the kitchen. The back and front garden are great spaces to relax. The hosts are very friendly and most helpful.
The location is fabulous, completly quiet. Only 5 minute walk to the top of the old city and down to the harbour and commercial section. On the map it doesnt look that central due to the route of roads but by foot it certainly is due to alley ways.

Nice accommodation a few minutes drive outside of carloforte. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We were a family of 3 and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was nice with lovely fresh homemade cake for breakfast. There are fridges/freezer facilities that are shared along with kitchen facilities (we did not use these). We loved sitting outside admiring the view and the stars at night. It was nice to have air con.
Breakfast is not offered but it has a spacious and pleasant kitchen with appliances to prepare breakfast or dinner with useful kitchen elements. The location is perfect because it is within the town of caloforte and has nearby supermarkets shops restaurants, we arrived by ferry and in 4 minutes leaving the ferry to the via pastorino, very easy to reach.
The location was perfect. The host was there when we arrived to welcome us and give us the information we needed. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom and also we had the use of a communal kitchen which was great.
Spotless clean. Great location, public parking nearby.
Great hosts, they welcomed us upon arrival and provided with lots of useful information about the island, what to do and where to eat. Typical house fully renovated, bright room and lovely balcony where we could dry our swimming gear.

The house is fairly new and is spread over two floors which allows good space for a family. The kitchen is new and well-equipped. Located only short drive from Carloforte (less then 5min) and with easy access to all the beaches on the island. The host is reliable, kind and very helpful.
