Very nice accommodation with a great, well-kept garden with wonderful plants and trees. The house with the apartments has an ideal location, you are within a few steps directly at the lake. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is very clean & nicely furnished. Everything was great, we would love to come back!

Absolutely superb location, very close to the facilities in Luino, literally a few steps to the bottom of the hill and onto the Main Street with plenty of restaurants etc. The apartment itself was beautifully kept and decorated inside - we really liked the fish paintings which were a nice feature. Easy to access with clear instructions from the host, key box to collect the keys so can accommodate a flexible arrival time. We needed a bit of help getting the air conditioning on and the response from the host was almost immediate (something we hadn’t understood and nothing faulty) and they resolved it instantly. Couldn’t ask for more and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Private and secure parking is also available if required but is chargeable.

The property was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for an exceptional visit. Everything was catered for us. The box of food and wine on arrival were a fantastic start to our holiday. The bed was so comfortable. Everything about Alessia Home was perfect including the parking for the car.
Our host, Piera is an exceptional lady. She was so kind and helpful. We arrived late but this wasn’t a problem and she offered help when we had problems with our hire car. The location was incredible with lake and mountain views from ground and first floor. The house was spotless and well equipped with many nice touches in the kitchen like coffee, condiments etc. Enrico was a fabulous host and made us feel very welcome and comfortable and was able to recommend lots of great things in the local area.
Paolo is such a great host. Warm and welcoming and especially at the breakfast he’s having a chat with all his guests individually. He’s asking for needs, daily plans and is giving nice recommendations.
We stayed in Forsters Nest, which is located like in the second row behind the hotels and you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the balcony. It has its own kitchen as well and the bathroom is very spacious.

Good to know: for breakfast you have to walk 4-5 minutes from Forsters Nest to Casa Forster.

After we finally arrived it was easy. The property is nice, and the view with the lake and the mountains was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. Design is nice but overall all if of cheap quality. The advertisement is giving a feel of luxury and it is not the case.
Incredible location, free parking, family suite was a bedroom with lounge/kitchenette. Staff were incredibly friendly, free wine tasting every evening, and wide range at the breakfast buffet.

The only small disadvantage is the darkness in the kitchen during the day, with good weather we left the entrance door open.
There ist nothing to hang towels in the bathroom nor bathing suits or things to dry. (hooks).
The views of the apartment are breathtaking! Close to a shop for essentials, the church is lovley lit up at night. We hired a kayak for the lake which was really reasonable €19 for 1 hour double kayak, apartment has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals all very clean.
