Place is very close to ZTL zone. It has private parking so very good advantage. You can walk to centre max 5 min. Place was clean and comfy. Just pay attention to instructions to reach the flat to avoid ZTL restrictions.

The appartement is so beautiful - my mother and I were stunned!! It is brand new renovated, high quality and luxuriously furnished and decorated with great taste and attention to detail.
The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and stylish, and in the kitchen we found everything we needed, including a free welcome wine, coffee, tea, etc.
We were able to rent the private parking space right outside the door in a beautiful courtyard for 30€/night, so our car was close and safe.
The location is simply unbeatable, all sights can be reached in 2-10 minutes on foot, yet the apartment is in an extremely quiet location in a side street, so you don't hear any noise.
The host, Antonio, welcomed us very warmly and provided us with so many insider tips and hospitality throughout our stay. Tip: Let him give you suggestions for restaurants, he knows the most beautiful, authentic places in Brescia!!
We spent 10 days traveling all over Italy, but this was by far our best overnight stay. Thanks again to Antonio!! We'll come back for sure!

Nice partment with 2 bedrooms, one living room with open kitchen, one bathroom and one washing machine room. It is at bottom of the building with the balcony towards entrance of the building. Very close to Coop supermarket and the bus station. Directly bus to and from train station (nr 13 and nr 15). In 20‐30 minutes walking you are în the city center or castle . Metro station în 15 minute.
This property is in an interesting historic building. The fit-out is a little bohemian rather than "luxe" but very comfortable.
The host is charming and has equipped the property with many thoughtful touches - umbrellas, make up removal pads and cotton tips etc etc. The kitchen is well equipped with good, sharp knives and a supply of teas, coffee, oil, vinegar and basic spices. We would happily stay again.
Nice apartment, good kitchen, very comfortable, clean, secure, quiet street, good location for sight seeing, very happy stay. As a bonus for people needing gluten free food there was a GF bakery around the corner, and a PAM supermarket nearby.
Property was spacious, clean and provided both a kitchen and washing facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful - Silvia was lovely to talk to. Very short walk from train station, however, trains only operated towards the main station every ~2 hours.
The interior design of the entering area is very beautiful. The small kitchen in the room is a big advantage, even though it's not so well equipped. It was quiet during the night and we were given breakfast for free, even though booking said there is no meal included which was a really nice gesture :)
