There is so much to like. The apartment has been well renovated with lots of nice touches to feel like you are at home. It also has a complete kitchen so you can cook with all the crockery, glassware and utensils you'd need. Along with a large fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine was also appreciated. One of my favourite things was the view from the apartment over the lake and to the mountains. I watched the sunrise every day. It was beautiful. There's a table and chairs on the balcony so great for a morning coffee. Manuela the host is lovely. She left a number of things in the apartment to enjoy including coffee and biscuits, and checked in on me over message a number of times. I highly recommend this villa. Wonderful - we had a 2 bedroom cabin with kitchen and an amazing deck on the lake. Very clean, very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket across the street to pick up supplies.

Very comfortable apartment with a fantastic view of the lake. The walk from lakeside wasn't too difficult. Comfortable bed, couch and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Good sized TV with Amazon Prime available to use. Lock up garage was excellent.

Comfortable beds, very nice location, very good airconditioner, well equiped kitchen, and flat, even mosquito killer was provided (we didnt have to use).
Very kind and friendly owner, situated in the centre, nearby is a caffeterria, supermarket, restaurants and a lake. Good location for a trip to other cities. The kitchen has is good equipped and the owner prepared everything for us, good breakfest and a wine for the evening. Thank you.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. You have everything to enjoy your stay. You need to take just your clothes because everything else you can find is the apartment (coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, washing Maschine…etc). The flat is modern and clean. Gloria and her Mother are the best Hosts ever! They are friendly and really helpful. I can not thank enough for solving all of our issues so fast. Nice and clean apartment with wonderful view from hill to lake Maggiore. Easy access by car and 15 min walking distance from centre of Baveno. Private parking inside a territory. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary things for your stay.

Lovely furnished apartment with a direct view of the lake. The kitchen is really very well equipped. There is also towels. It is pleasant to sit on the terrace in the evenings. The only thing that bothers is the noise from the main road, which is right next to the apartment. It's good that there is a bigger grocery nearby.
Very friendly welcome and clean and complete appartment. Full equipped kitchenand luxury shower, nice basket with prosecco and pasta. Right at beach and walking distance from some nice lake side restaurants. Absolute recommend!
