Incredible location and absolutely beautiful property. We got upgraded to the room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and it was stunning. The apartment was gorgeous and spotlessly clean with high end fixtures. The garden and pool area is so gorgeous — I wish we had a day to spend just by the pool. It was nice to be a little separated from the main town by the courtyard but still right in the middle of the action. Highly highly recommend. The staff was also lovely to communicate with during check in and check out

This place is right in old town and half a block from the beach; yet it's fairly quiet because the windows open to a street without restaurants (there is some retail). The place is exceptionally clean. It's very roomy and comfortable with a family (I traveled with my spouse and two kids). Our host met us a few blocks away (beware if you drive: it's a pedestrian zone and we didn't dare drive up to the place even though apparently you're allowed during off-season). I highly recommend and we would definitely come back!

It had three very comfortable bedrooms, lots of hot water, came with great road bikes which we used a lot to explore, and was right on the path by the lake, so it was easy to cycle or walk to towns nearby. The kitchen was also really well equipped with everything you could need.

It was very easy to communicate with Cristian. He was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us the place, sent us recommendations for restaurants.
The place is very modern, it has one bedroom with a double bed and one with a twin. The beds are super comfortable.

Comfortable apartment. AC worked very well and kept the apartment cool despite 30+ degrees Celsius outside. Shutters on all windows to keep sun and warmth out. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Giulia that welcomed us was very nice and helpful. Wonderful to have a washing machine! Nice little balcony to dry clothes. Nice view from living room windows.

The location was brilliant - close enough to the town centre and lake to be able to easily walk, but in a very quiet environment. Although it was self catering, the option to have breakfast (to be booked in advance) was really useful. It has parking under the property, mostly in shade. We appreciated the airport transfer, which is the best way to get to the property from Verona airport.
The apartment is very nice and cosy. We enjoyed everything: from the nice and clean pool, to the stunning view of sunsets, the view to the lake and the grape yard. We were 6 and the apartment was quite comfortable for such a big family: two bathrooms (!), two bedrooms, two terraces, big kitchen and lots of dishes.
Our room was on the First floor, large room with bathroom and Kitchen.

Excellent apartment. Stayed with another couple. There was a bedroom and bathroom on each level so plenty of privacy. Gated property felt very secure and safe. A small roof top terrace also. Good kitchen and lounge area. Two minute walk from centre of bardolino. Contact with owners was very good.
The location was perfect and an easy walk to the lakeside restaurants, the Olive Oil Museum and other facilites! The restaurant was outstanding, a treat for the senses and the palate, with fresh ingredients, a superb wine list and creative chefs in the kitchen. This family owned facility reflects the pride and talents of generations and continues to grow and excell. Next time we will stay longer and invite friends!
