Lovely location and wonderful hosts. We stayed in the apartment with lake view that has a mezzanine bedroom which we loved. Very comfortable, lots of light and would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location. The street was just gorgeous and so quaint. The traditional style of the outside and modern interior was perfect, loved that we were in the heart of Arona in a modern, clean apartment.
The shower and toilet were great, again modern and very clean, shower was powerful.
Them owners have put a lot of effort into the design.

Andrea is very kind and responsive. The apartment was heated upon arrival, which is a very thoughtful gesture from the host in the middle of November. The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped.

Appartamento nuovo pulitissimo arredato con gusto e confortevole
The view, loved the balcony windows, great bathroom, super comfy and lovely kitchen. The apartment was super easy to access too with the elevator entrance straight to the apartment. Lidiana was also so welcoming! Will be back again to stay if visiting Arona.
I spent 5 days at La Casa nel Parco. The kitchen is well equipped and had everthing I needed. For a relaxed evening I could use netflix. I also had a private parking spot behind an electronic barrier, which made me feel very privileged. I think the best thing was the amazing view of the lake from the terrace. Unfortunately I did not meet the host (Luca) in Person, but when I texted him he answered immediatley. He gave tips for places and local restaurants, which were excellent.
We loved it from the moment we met Vincenzo and he showed us around! The garden, the little apartment, all the work and engagement that he and his wife has put into it. This is a place we didn’t want to leave, and will never forget.
The kitchen is very small, as the pictures show, but with some fantasy and good ideas we cooked nice meals – and could stay at home even when we were hungry!
The apartment has the best location, for hiking, boat trips, restaurants – and for everyone who is traveling by train.
Every room is very spacious, more than you would think seeing as it’s an attic apartment! The kitchen is well thought through and we felt that we had everything we needed! The lake view from the little window next to the sofa was also very appealing!
Very nice host, extremely helpful. Comfortable, big space, very high ceilings. Very central, close to all the good restaurants and bars. Also close to the ferries and train station. Enough coffee available.
We didn't cook, but if you wanted to, that would've been possible. Big kitchen with utensils.

- Easy check-in/check-out, very friendly host, provided all the instructions.
- Central location, weekend nights can be noisy, but the windows are really good with noise cancellation.
- Free parking is just 10 minutes away by foot.
- The apartment was super clean.
- The kitchen was well equipped!
- Hot water in the shower was hot enough, good water pressure.
The apartment was well located within walking distance of the railway station. It was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well fitted for a short or long term stay. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge and dining area was very spacious. The appartment was stylishly furnished.
The spacious house was in a great location, easy walking distance to everything. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean .
I liked the homely feel. I slept on the sofa bed downstairs as a single bed and found it to be fine.
For the money I paid for 3 people I think it was exceptional value for money
