- As it was a newly constructed building, the condition of the buildings was very clean and nice.
- There were large shopping centers like Penny, Interspar, etc. nearby, so it was very easy to buy anything.
- Having a dedicated parking lot made it very convenient to move around by car.
- The heating was maintained very well and warm.
- There were some issues with the room, but thanks to the host's kind and quick response, we had a good rest.

The house is one minute away from the lake by foot and also really close to the main attractions in Tata. The staff was welcoming and always available to help us out. Our room was cozy, with plenty of space, light and a very nice bathroom. We had an amazing stay in Tata and definitely plan to stay here again when we'll come back to visit the city in summer!
