Although at the top of a very steep hill, the lake was a short 15 min walk, but tough uphill walk back, I am 70yo, and I managed it though, and supermarket a 7 min walk in opposite direction.
Would recommend this comfortable complex.

This is small property, few rooms only. In really good part of Hévíz, away from central hassle, but still walkable distance to attractions. Also shop and couple of places to eat nearby. I really enjoyed my stay, everything was comfortable, equipped kitchenette, good internet. And “icing on cake” - hottub what you can use!

Agree entirely with all the positive points about the host and accommodation from other reviews. And add - really well equipped. You can cook proper meals here. Hob works great. Good range of pans and really sharp knives. "studio" doesn't do it justice. It has a confortable proper bed and a sitting area, like a hotel suite. Pool really is heated. You even have buoyancy aids for the thermal lake supplied.

Very nice owner, staff, nice breakfast, nice spacious apartman(apartman deluxe) exactly like on the pictures, kitchen equipment is a big advantage (refridgerator, microwave, induction plate, toaster etc..) view from the balcony, is very near the main street in Heviz. Everything was clean and nice smell.
We had an apartment with garden view and were absolutely happy with it. The flat was very clean and comfortable, situated in quite street. Well equipped kitchen, free private parking, big bathroom .The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.
The accommodation was really luxury, the apartment lacked nothing, it was clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the beds very comfortable. As a bonus parking in the garage and free access to the wellness, swimming pools and gym. From the center of Heviz the apartment is 5min walk, grocery 2min walk. We extended our stay unplanned by one night, we will definitely return to this apartment.

A spacious apartment with a separate kitchen but without a balcony. We used our bikes to get to lake Heviz and it took about 5 minutes. Parking is in the courtyard. For the price all is great.
Everything was designed thoughtfully to make the guests stay comfortable, convenient and relaxing. All the amenities were as described and i just loved this apartment. It was within a short stroll of the thermal lake and the shops and gardens.
The bed was comfy, the kitchen clean and well equipped and the living area was trendy and had everything you need.

Apartment is in a very good location, in the center, close to thermal baths, but in a quiet buliding with grocery store at the groundfloor. The room is updated and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen probably allows self-catering during longer stays. Balcony, parking space, washing machine, hair dryer, what else do you need? Hostess made the effort and tried to show and explain us everything in our own language 😊
