We like facilities in/outside house - darts, gril, terrase, coffee machines. The house was cool down when we got there, which was great on a hot day. House has capacity of 12 people, bedrooms are enough big, but kitchen with dining room is very small for 12 people (if you need to cook and be inside due to bad weather).
Great location near the lake shore, includes kitchen with almost everything you need. Has a garden with grill and gazebo where you can eat. Air conditioning was very useful for the hot weather. Next to the apartment there are several possibilities to eat and a small kiosk to buy fruits, vegetables. The host was helpful.
Location is just next to the beach, beachfront view on terrace. Some shops for food or restaurants were around (cca 10 minutes by car). Well equipped kitchen, everything required including fridge, microwave, air condition. Good communication with owner, he responded well.
Nice owner, she provided detailed instructions how to find keys, no problems occurred, she helped when needed (if some kitchen stuff was missing, the owner could bring it). The place is clean and cosy, the bathroom is wonderful
