Location is great! Very close to one of the gates to Dubrovnik, very easy access. Very quiet too, even with being to close to the Old City. Communications with the property manager were easy and clear.

The location was a nice quiet neighborhood near the port. The free parking was important to us, as we had a rental car. There was a patio with a table that looked over the garden that was really nice. The exterior was nice.

Everything! Best stay of our 5 week vacation. Our host, Darija, was wonderful. She met us on arrival and walked us through everything in the apartment. The apartment was well stocked with fruit, coffee and a welcoming gifts. She provided us with suggestions on local attractions and restaurants and had written details available. The balcony was a lovely place to relax or read and enjoy a quiet afternoon. The washing machine was a welcome bonus. The apartment is a short 5 minute walk to old town and other local amenities.

We loved the swimming pool, the view, the kindness and generosity of the hosts. Thank you Ana and Ivan for the bakery goods that you made for us.
The small, but perfectly formed kitchen and the layout of the apartment with twin beds for the second bedroom which our kids had. We loved all the storage space which meant we could keep it tidy. And we wanted to, because our hosts have it immaculate.
The balcony was beautiful, could watch the boats go out in the morning and the sun going fine in the evening.
It felt safe and peaceful and welcoming.
The property was spotlessly clean, in fact it smelt like we were in a spa. The bedrooms were all an excellent size and beds very comfortable.

Accommodating host, great communication, well equipped small kitchen, lovely pool and various seating areas in well-kept garden. Zaton Veliki was a lovely location. We hired kayaks and paddle boards nearby (Adriatic Kayak Tours - a bit basic!) and took the blue cave tour from the jetty. We got the bus and taxi into Dubrovnik. Would recommend local restaurants Tavern Arka (free transfer), Kasar, Ankora and Veranda 2.0. Don’t miss sunset from beside Restaurant Panorama (book 6months in advance to eat!).
The view from the top floor apartment was amazing. The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was good and equipped with a dishwasher. We prepared most of our food by ourselves. We used the washing machine twice. It was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. The apartment is close to the beach and there were a couple of restaurants nearby. Zaton is a small and peaceful village and suits well people who like a quiet life.
Very nice apartement in a new building, near the main road (but no big noise from it). 2 bedrooms, very good bathroom, everything was clean, equipped kitchen, comfortable and large sofa. Private parking in the underground garage. Walking distance to the beach. Very good communication with the owner - she gave us all and very detailed information.
Apartment is very nice, spacious and has a lovely view to the sea and mountain. Bed was high and very comfortably, bedropm has AC as well as in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, Wifi. Self checkin was offered which suited our needs. To access property I would recommend to have a car, since it also had free garage parking lot. Beach is accessible only 6min walking distance, there are two restaurants too. Would love to spend there longer time next time since apartment felt like summer home.
What an amazing little find! Absolutely beautiful spot with direct access to the gorgeous sea and just a few minutes walk from a choice of restaurants plus a little shop and bakery and bus route into either dubrovnik or up the coastal road. Apartment was clean and just what we needed including a well stocked kitchen. Our stay was made even better by the hospitality of Darko and his wife which included personal collection and drop off at the airport and wonderful daily buffet breakfasts. Can't wait to return!
