This apartment is exceptional!!
It is better than what most hotels have on offer. Bed linen crisp and fluffy, heated floors, well equipped kitchen, a court yard and a parking space. We stayed here two nights before leaving Croatia and it was the best way to end the holiday. Highly recommend Riki’s apartment. The host is very helpful and accommodating.

The availability and friendliness of Ivor, the host. Check-in procedure was well explained, Ivor gave us extra kitchen equipment needed during the staying and he always was ready to help. Even at the end of the staying he supported us greatly with an issue happened. A plus is also the parking.
Nicely designed hotel with modern features, restaurant on-site with wide variety of moderately priced menu items available. Free parking, elevator to the suite with small kitchenette. For longer stays kitchenette need to have utensils, plates, kitchenware, otherwise for 1 night airport departure stay it was great. Free breakfast with good selection of tasty items.
The host is super friendly and the check in process was really easy and straightforward. The apartment is nice and cool with shutters on the windows to keep the temperature down and it also has air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked with everyone you need for self catering. The host also left lots of bottles of water in the fridge for us which was much appreciated in the 37 degrees heat. The location was easy to find and is close the no 6 and 11 trams into the old part of Zagreb city.
Spacious, well furnished, good bathroom, very comfortable bed. There is a kitchen area with all you need for a bit of self catering. Centrally located (an easy walk to main attractions, shops, restaurants etc) but very quiet. Check in and check out is contactless, hence rating for staff, but communication was good. All in all an excellent experience
