The house and the room were very lovely, and the owners (Blanka and Ina) were absolutely fantastic and welcoming to us! There were several parking spots at the house, which was great as we had rented a car so we had no stress looking for places to park the car. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We liked the view from the balcony and proximity to the Old Town, cafes & bakeries. That we could park the car outside the apartment. That the apartment was so well set up & fully equipped, including a washing machine which meant we could wash & dry our clothes ready for the next part of our journey. The support given by our host carrying our bags up & down the eleven flights of stairs, and his prompt reply to our booking due to cancelling another in Zadar.

Exceptional location! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a choice of 2 large supermarkets, a bakery/cafe across the road which you can also see from the balcony, and a 7 minute drive to the old town. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The temperature in the bedroom was super hot but a fan was provided to help combat this. It was very clean and the place is fully equipped with kitchenware for those who cook. The mattress was firm and very comfortable.
Very basic and not for those who are looking for luxurious stay. Eg the hair dryer is not very powerful, there is no body wash and shampoo provided.
The apartament is good, kitchen and bathroom got all you need, quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes away from the beach and local grocery stores. The host is great - highly recommend to ask him about any activities you want to do around there :)

A superb apartment (B1) with a wraparound roof terrace. Bathroom was excellent & the whole place was spotlessly clean. Really well presented. The kitchen had all the facilities to suit a self catering stay. Located in a quiet harbor 10 mins by car from Zadar. Slightly tricky to find but up the side street, the road gets really narrow; when it opens wider again, the property is immediately on the left. Private off road parking that’s block paved. Recommended 👍🏻
Well equipped Kitchen, for self catering. Good convenience store very close by. Look out for the little ferry crossing from Old City, considerably reduces the walk.
