Very nice, well-furnished and clean apartment. We had everything we needed. We could use the pool, the summer kitchen and ride the electric scooters. Definitely would recommend this place.
Perfect location a walk from the beach. Perfect apartment with all facilities sorted. The kitchen is perfectly stacked which helped a lot as we cooked on all days!
Everything was extremely clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, the view and the terrace were beautiful. Owners are really helpful, nice and amiable.
The apartment is located in a small and quite street just some minutes away from the sea. It was just perfect for trips in all directions of the island and a hiking trails just starts there. We enjoyed the terrace and the BBQ grill. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also the host and his parents were really friendly.
It is very spacious, has enough natural light from the main big window, which you can use as a door to exit on the terrace.
Maybe the only thing missing is a smaller light in the kitchen, since it can get pretty dark in the evening.
Everything else was perfect, it is as clean as it can be, the garden on the terrace is like a little piece of heaven.
The apartment was perfect for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge is comfortable, the bed is also comfy.
Kirk Island is small so, by car, you are never far from anywhere. From the property it is possible to walk anywhere in Punat. There are a variety of beaches along the promenade where you can swim, plus it is possible to continue along a track for a longer walk where there are also little beaches you can stop and swim.
The hosts are really nice and are available to help anytime.

We had a very pleasant stay at Otto's. The apartment has the perfect combination of the charm of an old townhouse and the comfort of a modern home. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfy, everything was spotless clean. The owners were very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
