Very friendly service overall but what we found exceptional is the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities including the public spaces like the pool area. Location is a 35-45min walk from the old town of Porec but there are restaurants closer also...

We had a great time in Porec. The apartment is wonderful and super clean, rooms are just the right size - and finally, a proper sized bathroom with enough room for everything.:) Kitchen is well equipped, feels like just home! Quiet area but a manageable walking distance to the city center. Hosts are lovely - thank you for the experience! :)
Lovely and convenient location for us, nice, clean and spacious bedrooms/ bathroom. The host is super helpful and attentive when we need anything extra. love the terrace and the view to the wood. The kitchen/lounge was a little bit small but enough for 4 people sitting, having dinner ( but the terrace is the perfect place for this so we did not need to be in the kitchen so much apart from food preparation. Will definitely stay again next year
Kitchen amenities were awesome, from dishwasher all the way to pasta filter and butter holder, there was everything you need. The whole house is exceptionally clean, location is perfect, comfort is pairless. The owners are very nice and kind, we had a wonderful time in this apartment.
This is an exceptional apartment. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a beautiful terrace, making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It is impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Private parking with a remote-controlled gate is also available. The hosts were very friendly and made every effort to enhance our stay each day. I strongly recommend staying in this apartment.
Nice place to stay - enough space for family and your things. Good kitchen, good beds, perfect location - if you use a car. Supermarkets (Liddle, Plodine, Kaufland) is in 2 km. Wonderful hosts - very hospitable, they treated us to their home-grown tomatoes))
You can have breakfast and dinner on the balcony. It's not hot in the apartment, nice bathroom.

Suited for family with 2 children or group of friends (max. 4pp). Window shutters, so bedrooms can be darkened. AC only in livingroom, but can cool down whole apartment, if bedroom doors stay open. Bathroom is dated, but sufficient. Quiet residential neighborhood, 10 minutes walk straight to seaside. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk.
