The Apartment was really clean and had everything that you need. Nice kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and more… you have your terrace on the top of the apartment with some nice chill area and a gas grill. You also have a small backer and a small store for groceries 1 min away. One big living room with a big TV and a nice bedroom with a safe , TV and a big closet, the bed is nice. The bathroom is also good, it is all clean and you have a rain shower what we really liked.
A new building and absolutely everything is new, the apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay, there is literally everything in the kitchen. Underfloor heating in the space where the tiles are. Parquet in the living rooms . Lots of towels and a change of bed linen. Shutters and mosquito nets on every window. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 full bathrooms with shower. Parking for cars.
The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped, with air con in all the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen has a great coffee machine and supplied with coffee beans. The apartment is in a good location, there is a supermarket across the road and it's only a three minute walk to the beach.
There is a bus stop across the road which gives easy access to Split-Omis (Bus nos 60).
Overall a perfect apartment for two adults and 3 children as these are not easy to find.
We spent two wonderful nights in this apartment located right by the sea. The impeccable cleanliness and the fact that it was equipped with everything needed in the kitchen made our stay very comfortable. Even during the summer, the apartment stayed cool, and the cozy atmosphere was perfect for relaxing.
The view of the sunset was absolutely stunning and was truly the highlight of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a brief but memorable getaway by the sea.
This apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard - every room was stunning with amazing views of the sea. The kitchen had all the equipment you could need and the appliances were of excellent quality. The hosts were amazing and always there in person or by phone to answer any questions or offer any suggestions for places to visit. The apartment is situated approximately 40m from the sea which has the most amazing blue water and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
