Great stay!!! We loved our stay with our three young kids here. The three bedroom apartment was perfect for adjusting to the time zone and different sleep schedules. Kitchen had all of your basic essentials plus previous guests or the host leaves basics like oil, salt/pepper, tea and coffee. There is laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Bathroom has soaps, shampoo and conditioner(hair dryer too!) plus ample hooks for hanging your stuff. Wifi was great. All of these little things really make it easier for people traveling.
From the outside, it is nothing impressive. But totally safe and a great location. If you cut through the apartment complex it is less than a five minute walk from a drug store(DM) and grocery store(Kunzum). The outside fruit stand had absolutely delicious fruit. In the evening, the playground is alive with kids playing. Very family friendly!And there is a good restaurant, mini market and bakery just across the street. Parking at the apartment is free. In the evening after people come home it gets more full. But people seem to squeeze in to make their own spots if needed.
If you want to walk to the Old Town it is about a 30 minute walk. But driving is just a few minutes and parking during the day was ample. You can pay at the meter (anywhere from €0.20-€0.50/hr) just make sure you have small change for the machine.
We saw he also has a second apartment with just one bedroom if you are a smaller party. It also had everything you needed. Petar was friendly and responsive, very accommodating.

Great little place to stay if you are in Osijek, just across the old town. It has free parking, and all you will need is provided in the apartment. Price is more than fair, so if you are staying in town for a few days, I recommend it.

Wonderfully large apartment, very clean, with everything you could possibly need! Two balcony's and a full kitchen. We booked very last minute, late at night, and host was so responsive and helpful
The apartment is so well thought out. Everything you would need is there from the copious amount of towels etc to the tissues, and soap. It is clean bright and welcoming. Good size lounge and large TV. Big bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and very modern. Cookware and cutlery etc new and even such things as cling film and foil provided. For self catering it was great. The host lives next door which is good. Parking was provided in an open covered garage.
Location is perfect, you are fast in city and fast on motorway.
Check-in and check-out were without problem, even booking a few days more, if free, goes without any problems.
Beds were comfy and room was clean. Electric kettle, coffee and tee are there with kitchen.
Very kind host that let us check out late. Cool sound system to listen to from the top couch, the decoration is very well done and the bed is soft. Kitchen has all you need. Location is good and walking distance to train station and old town.
Very nice cozy appartment located in city center in 5 minut from private parking. We enjoyed staying there and cooking om the well equiped kitchen. Strongly recomend!
Spacious room with well equipped kitchenette which allows for full self-catering. There was also a washer in the bathroom, which we found useful. Tha staff was very nice and hospitable. There is free by the curb parking and it wasn't diffucult to find a spot. The main square and all the sights are within easy walking distance from the stay. Overall, very afordable and comfortable.
