The location was good, because there is a beach only 10 minutes from the property. The staff was also very nice and gave us a warm welcome with a room upgrade.

The location is as described, beachfront, meaning really right next to the beach. The place is incredibly clean, more than any guest can expect (I have to mention that we arrived with a little a baby and we can be picky because of that but this place blew us away with cleanliness). Right next to the apartments there is a restaurant and a small market to cover all your needs for the kitchen and the bathroom. Simply excellent.

Tl;dr: My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a bang-for-the-buck location to just relax without much touristy hassle when it comes to commuting and livability. Also there is AC.
Story: My girlfriend and I got a small studio room which is enough for us, however the problem is that on the final night a really big flying grasshopper flew in through the balcony and got trapped behind the bed. I have quite the crippling phobia when it comes to flying bugs/insects, however I knew when it is time to act and protect the ones I care most about. It was time to man up, and what better way to prove my worth as a protector to my partner. I hardened up, grabbed the first towel I had seen and went for the flying demon, I threw the towel on him and tried to grab it with the towel, however... Faliure... The vicious monster flew up to face height, I let out a scream of a pitch one could only expect from a middle school girl and jumped as far back as humanly possible and maybe a bit more. Once this absolute behemoth calmed down it was time for us to face off once more. Yet again I had steeled myself for our battle, again I threw the towel on the creature, grabbed the towel, but this time I had successfully ensnared this little f***er. With absolute swiftness I ran for the balcony and threw the thing as far as my adrenaline-charged self could.

Very good location close to the better and wider beach at Gradac. Studenac is across the street. Comfortable bed, big balcony, sunbeds can be used on the beach. (Our Apartman was no.1.). The kitchen has micro, fridge and enough cups etc. The bathroom is well. Sea view. Price is worth and fair for the accomodation. The wifi is good (sometimes needs restart) Parking fee is included into the price.
Mrs Sretna is very sweet and helpful lady, she tried her best to make our stay great. There's everything you need for your stay in the flat. (Small kitchen, comfy beds, wardrobes, TV etc. The beach is around 600 meters from the property.
Firstly, it was a great apartment, with everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Also, the bed was big and the air conditioner worked perfectly, cooling the room in minutes. Besides that, there is enough parking available for a car.
The hosts were wonderful, they made grilled fish for us and other guests. Apartment was great size. All you needed for a couple of nights. Clean sheets and gas kitchen.
Warm and friendly host, great apartment with complimentary limoncino, wine and supplies in the fridge. The only property we stayed at during our 10 day Croatian holiday that provided cooking oil in the kitchen, unfortunately we were only there for one night and went out for dinner (a restaurant recommended by host which turned out to be absolutely delicious)! Both bed and sofa beds were super comfortable.
It was pleasant experience. The apartment was very cozy and clean and the host was very friendly and hospitable, he even gave us some homemade wine. Outside there is really nice open kitchen and sitting area.

We booked and appartment at the back of the building, so self catering.The room had been recently renovated.Kitchen area was fine, balcony quite large with chairs and table and bbq.Bed was very comfy and bathroom new and fuctional.
The building is right on the main road but we didnt notice any noise at all, petrol station right opposite if needed and 7/8 minute walk downhill to get to loacl beach, bars and restuarants.
