Location...location...location...literally across the street from the entrance to Old Town...bus stop is half a block from the door...restaurants, markets and bakeries are in the next block...cable car is about 3 blocks away.
The apartment was super clean, tidy and secure. Kitchen was well equipped. Basic cooking essentials...salt, pepper, spices, oil...were not provided. Tons of storage space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.
We loved the private garden seating area, which was just outside of our front door.
Andrea, the host, was super helpful with arranging transportation from and to the airport. She was quick to respond to requests and was always friendly and cheerful.

Fantastic location; quite a few good places nearby for breakfast. Wonderful hosts, very responsive. Airconditioners were excellent. Lovely shower, mini kitchen ( we didn’t use it though). Very close to swimming beach (Sulic) and to Pile gate. We had ground floor unit; no stairs!!!!

The apartment was clean, comfortable & spacious. It was conveniently located close to a supermarket, bus route & bars & restaurants. The Old Town was not too far away, within walking distance when it's not too hot (uphill walk). I appreciated the pick-up & and drop-off service to & from the airport. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there, including an ironing board & washing machine. The a/c was very welcome on the very hot days. Niko & his daughter Marta were great at responding before & during my stay.

Wonderful host, who made an effort to do something beyond his duty, e.g. offering guests watermelon in hot summer. The place is very clean, with a spacious kitchen and shower room.
Nice and spacious one bedroom apartment offering a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv with all the platforms, a good bed mattress to relax and a renovated bathroom. The staff is so friendly and helpful, giving us information about the region and places to visit.
We had a very nice 3 nights at Old Town Princess Apartments. The room was smallish but comfortable. The small kitchenette had everything we needed for simple self catering. Great location right in the middle of the old town, but far enough from the main street that it's quiet at night. Comfortable bed, great AC. Door code for entry.
Spacious studio in an amazing location, very close to the beach, the restaurants, bars and easy access to the bus that will take you to the old city. The host are a very friendly family that live in the building so are there to help you if you have any questions. I love the fact that the self catering studio had a washing machine and the host left some washing products. The kitchen also had olive oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, vinegar etc.
Probably one of the best located apartments I have ever stayed in. It's just outside the old city walls with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, attractions and transport links nearby.
The apartment is really close to the airport shuttle and the boat trips out to the surrounding islands too.
The size is perfect for a couple, the kitchen has most of what you need for a self catering holiday, the bathroom is cosy but well equipped, the bedroom has lots of storage and a large bed and the lounge is cosy and airy.
Main selling point is its location for self catering - being halfway between Banje Beach (5mins) and the local supermarket (less than 5 mins). It was nice and quiet. We liked the very accommodating host who communicated excellently and clearly with us. Two double beds. One bed in a room separated by a folding door and one bed in the living/kitchen area.
Anita, the host was a lovely lady. She greeted us and offered us juice. The apartment was clean. She had kept water and juice in the fridge. Some fruits and chocolate.
Kitchen had everything for self catering but we did not cook anything, there are plenty of restaurants a minute walk from the apartment. . We will definitely come back.
