The most incredible views out over the Adriatic. It was breathtaking and the perfect place for a morning coffee. The sunsets were to die for.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very modern throughout. Good air conditioning and lovely pool area, with lots of beds and loungers.

Great orientation of the facilities and neighbourhood, we felt very welcomed. The location was extremely convenient to the airport and the downtown Cavtat. Highly recommended to stay here instead of Dubrovnik! The pool was a bonus for the hot weather.

It has a perfect location in a gorgeous setting and has great facilities such as a communal kitchen and washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
Our apartment was big enough for three and very nicely decorated, with every kind of kitchen utensil you may need. It only lacked sugar for my coffee. The beds were comfortable and Ana supplied me with an extra pillow to suit my needs. There are sunbeds and a couple of garden couches you can use for sunbathing or eating, etc.
The pool is smallish, perfect for two people using it at the same time. It has lovely views of Cavtat and plenty of bouganvilleas around.
Great location with a lot of restaurants and the beach nearby. The room is well designed giving a nice coastal look with all the necessary amenities. Like shampoo and body wash in the bathroom or kitchen utensils. There is also an AC in the bedrooms. Outside on the porch there is a great view to the beach. Great price.

The Villa is perfectly positioned to holiday in Cavtat, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Villa Magnolia is well equipped for residents, washing machine and dishwasher available in the kitchen, beautiful views from several windows and comfortable leather suite in the living area with excellent air conditioning to welcome you on the hottest days.
The panorama was beautiful and the huge balcony. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is peace and calmness out here. You can see the open sea and the stars at night.
Wonderful views from the balcony. Perfect for watching the spectacular sunsets in Cavtat. Room was cozy and clean, bed was comfortable. Fridge in the room was perfect, there's also a shared kitchen in the hallway. Quiet area, just a short walk from the center. I would definitely recommend!
Location was excellent, very close to the centre. The apartment itself was great with fridge, kettle, toaster and small kitchen area and washing machine 👍
The balcony seating area was a fabulous added bonus for watching the sunset.
The apartment is family run and everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us and to make sure our stay was very comfortable.
