We knew the island of Korcula was beautiful and we knew Zavalatica was in a prime location on the island. But nothing could have prepared us for enthralling views, wonderful outlook and close proximity to the sea and its music. Our hosts turned out to be charming and personable - they showed us every courtesy, introduced us to the island's facilities including a car hire company that was excellent, to local wines and a generous serving of local fruit, and we will always be grateful to them.

The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking, you are in the sea in no time. The apartment is big and has a retro vibe, the bed is extremely comfortable. The dog was welcome, we visited it in December and enjoyed extra peace and quiet. It was perfect for fishing. The owner is extremely nice and was helpful with everything we needed.

Things got off to a great start after we arrived from a long cycle journey to the welcome of a warm stew and bottle of wine.
Marks mother Sendi lives next door and made us feel right at home.
We were unsure about which apartment to rent, but were so pleased we stayed in the Loft. It’s spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped and with incredible views across the Adriatic. We spent many happy afternoons soaking up sunlight on the balcony, and could have stayed much longer had time allowed. The town was quiet during our stay in October, but the local supermarket was open and Konoba Albert opened on the weekend with great seafood options. Would love to return here again one day. Very roomy inside. Compact but well provisioned kitchen. Across the road are steps leading down to beach. We went down, but quite windy and sea a bit choppy. Good to have clothes drying rack with pegs. Very very quiet and peaceful.

We liked that the apartment was super comfy, beautifull and clean, the terrace was very large and has a wonderful panoramic view of the island of Lastovo, the open sea and Zavalatica. Very nice view, there is a large sliding window in the kitchen that you can open. The apartment is on two floors, downstairs is a bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, upstairs is a room with four beds. It has everything you need. It also has a private piece of beach with a table and chairs that is shaded all day. The owners are very friendly.
The property is located at the front line, with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay! Spacious back garden with great second kitchen and bbq 😌 it has interesting places for exploring in the nearby area and everything is 10-20 minutes away by car 🤗

A few things I would like to emphasize about this beautiful pace: The stunning view, the well equipped kitchen with a large fridge, the beach right in front of the house, the practical parking drive-way, the garden and most importantly, our super friendly and helpful host Mila who was easy to reach and made sure we felt great throughout our stay
