I enjoyed my second stay at the apartment. It has an unbeatable location near the port, the city centre and the central bus station. Ultra clean, with e host always present; satisfying my need for an early check in, although they had a late check out. There is no doubt I will return to this lovely apartment. And yes, it is really sunny while enjoying your coffee looking at the port of the city. It is only a couple of meters away from the city’s only private gallery and next to it there is one of the two most famous “tsipouradiko”.

Our second stay here. Communication was very good and the very friendly Natasha was there to meet us even though we were late arriving. Only a few minutes walk from the port and restaurants. Also has a handy supermarket across the road. Our home from home in Volos.

the accommodation is very nice. the space was clean, well maintained and with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary things, towels in the rooms, but also hair dryer and iron. I recommend this accommodation, but I draw attention to the beach full of stones, being an unanimated beach; I drove every day for an hour or even an hour and 40 minutes on the highway to reach a wild beach or a resort with a well-kept beach, taverns and stalls
I liked the place, the cleanliness, the garden, complete furnishings. It had everything you need such as a working washing machine, vacuum cleaner, kitchen furniture, air conditioning.
Very clean, modern design, new and well equipped and simple and functionally furnished. Good location and easily walkable within 10-15 minutes to main shopping area and waterfront. Shower has good water pressure. Kettle and espresso machine available in the room, full refrigerator, washing machine, drying rack. We didn’t cook but kitchen has full stove and oven, and pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc. Also reserved and paid parking available on ground floor of building.
The room was ok, super clean! We also had access to a small kitchen that we used for dinner and breakfast! No sugar and no glúten bakery was around the corner and was a plus!
This apartment combine huge bed, large TV well equipped kitchen, a dining area and bathroom. There is a large wardrobe and a balcony to a courtyard. The air conditioning works well and the apartment is quiet. You can find an on street parking space most of the time.
We stayed for three nights, and those were three nights of peaceful and deep sleep in comfortable beds, at a comfortable temperature, with no outside noises.
The kitchen and bathroom have everything necessary for daily life, and even more! Everything is in excellent condition and works perfectly.
Diana, the host, is always in touch; she arranged an early check-in and a late check-out for us. Everything was just 👌
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Volos. We've been here twice and it did not disappoint. It's spacious, reasonably secluded but still very close to the beach. There is air conditioning in every room but the kitchen and bathroom. The property has two toilets which is great. The kitchen is stocked with most of the utensils you need. Parking is not a problem.
We stayed at Superior Room (2-rooms apartment). You can reach everywhere in Volos city center by walking. Room was very well designed, very clean and has all facilities in it (like coffee machine, kitchenwares, airconditioning etc.)
Comfortable, modern, clean apartment. Centrally located close to many bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to waterfront, 15 to the port and 25 to bus/train station. Comfy beds, efficient air con in bedrooms and lounge. Modern bathrooms with brilliant, spacious main shower! Well stocked kitchen for easy self catering. On the 2nd floor with a lift. Spacious terrace. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommended for a very comfortable stay in Volos.
