Room was modern, lounge air conditioner and balcony were lovely. Cleaning everyday was a plus. Playground and play equipment for kids was a plus. Only a short walk to the beach (although it was a little steep up the hill).

A very pleasant place. We had a 4-person apartment with a large terrace. The area is quiet, sun beds and umbrellas are available. The room has a small kitchenette. There isn't much space for cooking, but it's suitable for preparing breakfast. The exceptional cleanliness deserves special mention - the rooms are freshly renovated and cleaned daily. Comfortable beds and very soft towels. The owners are very friendly; we felt very welcome at Porto Assini.

The studio is in the top corner of an older residential/apartment building above Tolo bay. Rather small (basically one room), but nicely renovated and decorated. And it has indeed an awesome view - and a great balcony. Small, but very well-equipped kitchenette, fast and reliable Wifi, convenient parking nearby, soft and comfortable mattress.
The place is magnificent. Great and comfy rooms with all the amenities and gorgeous garden. Kitchen equipped with everything. Kids playground, ping pong table and basketball hoop. Magical!!!
The first good news when arriving was that we were upgraded to a two-bedrooms flat instead of studio. Two separate toilets, two bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The second good news was the amazing location: when you sit on your balcony, you have the beach/sea just two meters below you. The view on the bay of Tolo with the small island just in front of you is really picturesque.
All was good, i am not first time in this hotel. It is perfect location in tolo, good people, having a mini kitchen in the room and balcony with seaview.
The apartment is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. There is a big balcony too. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was clean. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The beach is 2 minutes away, as well as a nice bakery/coffee shop.
The apartment was very comfortable for a couple. On arrival we had even a welcome bottle of wine on the table. The kitchen was very well equipped, it had an oven and a microwave along with general equipment. We especially valued, that the apartement had a coffee capsules, tea and some oil we could use. You don't want to buy these things if you are staying for some nights. The view from the balcony was magnificent! The host was very kind and checked on us if we needed anything. We didn't want to leave.
Well equiped apartment, everything you need. Even more, as the gift fresh oranges in the kitchen. We stayed in February, heating working, Calm place as all entities around, restaurants etc., were closed.
You have everything for good holiday. Great host, nice location near the sea, Napflion is nearby and acient cities. free parking in front, ok wifi, full kitchen, very clean, great comunication with host, AC... We had a wonderful time in this app.
Great location very close to the beach. An easy flat walk of a couple of minutes to the beautiful Tolo Beach. There is a balcony with sea views. The facilities were everything needed for a self catering stay, however there are plenty of restaurant options close by. The bed was super comfy and it was very quiet for a restful nights sleep. Off street parking a bonus. The owners were very welcoming and generous, ensuring a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment and hopefully will stay again one day.
