This is a gorgeous villa with an incredible view. The property was well looked after and well equipped by island standards. There was food and snacks in the fridge ready for us upon arrival, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location is high up in the hills which means it's quite and peaceful.

We stayed 4 nights at the end of September. Before arrival the owner contacted us multiple times to make sure that all our wished could be managed. At arrival the owners mother was waiting for us. The apartment is very large and very very clean! There is airco in all rooms and a full equipped kitchen was also in the apartment, although we didn't use it. Every morning a nice breakfast was prepared with fresh ingredients. Every morning different prepared fresh eggs. Breakfast is served in a lovely inside garden. The apartment is just a few minutes walking from both port and taverns. If we would return to Spetses, it will definitely be in Spetses Center Comfy Apartments! Much thanks to the owner and her mother for some lovely days at Spetses.

A comfortable apartment in the heart of Spetses. Both the new and old port were a 10 Minute distance from the accommodation. The stuff was super kind and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped with a coffee machine, fridge etc. as well as oil, sugar etc.
Location: Great Area / Neighborhood and close to amazing restaurants.
Size : Very convenient for 4 people in our case.
Facilities : Everything is available ! (except a smart tv but that's just a small detail )
Style : Cute with renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Great quiet location in town with a nice outdoor area. Nice shower, aircon, and well equipped little kitchen. Feedback in previous reviews has been responded to eg there are now extra towels and kitchen utensils provided. The lovely cleaning lady came halfway through our stay and changed our sheets and towels :)
Quiet and calm accomodation just about a 10 min walk from the centre of Spetses and ferry terminal. Size of the studio was small, but perfect for me, with a little kitchenette and desk to work. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Really enjoyed waking up to the sound of roosters and horses from one of the nearby properties. WiFi was reliable and strong, Aircon made sleeping at night perfect.
The room very really nice size, comfortable and clean. The kitchen had enough equipment so we could buy some food instead of eating out only.
We enjoyed our stay as we were give a room with access to the verandah where we had our own table where we sat in the evenings watching the sea.
The area was nice and quiet apart from the place being up hill but we cannot fault it otherwise.
Wonderful three bedroom cottage with very well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning in all rooms including the kitchen. Excellent location with short walking distance to bakery, shops, restaurants and Spetses centre. It is as per the pictures. Maria receive us and most helpful during our stay. Very nice stay and would glady return to stay at this house. Highly recommend it.

Host Stella met us at ferry with a taxi to transport us and came to house to open it, show us where to find things and explain everything, including things to do, restaurant recommendations and beach locations. Pearl House is gorgeous with enough space for three friends to each have a bedroom and a bathroom. Inside and outside lounge areas, decks with views and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to have a perfect vacation. We felt at home immediately and Stella was available to answer any questions. We all hope to come back soon!
