When choosing this apartment be mindful of the waterfront location with the many restaurants underneath. We were here for the Christmas period and loved the atmosphere which may not suit everyone. It was alive with people noise, beautiful music and celebrations!

The apartment is amazing. Exceptionally clean and comfortable for our large family of 6. Our kids loved the gorgeous loft upstairs. The shower was spacious and plenty hot water. The kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was a fantastic Kia toon only steps to the main centre and Nikos our host was very helpful and assisted with anything we required. We had fruit and cold water in the fridge on our arrival. I highly recommend this apartment and if we ever come back to Sitia will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, with a separate living room, bedroom, and kitchen, providing plenty of space for comfortable living. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The host was nice and helpful, always responding quickly to any questions.
The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to reach any destination within a 15-20 minute walk. We also rented a car and had no problems with parking.

There was no breakfast, it's a block of self-catering studios. It was excellent value for money, which is why I wouldn't complain about a few niggles, which over forty years of staying in studios and apartments, we've always encountered. Sheets were spotlessly clean and towels were in good supply.
Very spacious clean apartment with a sea view. There was a large balcony with table and chairs. Two single beds a small kitchenette with kettle and sandwich toaster. Basic bathroom.
Our beautiful, large, leafy and airy apartment had two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen, definitely more than suitable for a week or more self-catering. The lounge area had a beautiful fireplace, sofa and dining table and lots of floor space. Views over Sitia and the surrounding countryside are stunning and the beach is about 2 minutes walk away, tops. The host was very friendly and very easy to reach via phone.
