Lovely, beautiful place, very happy with it. The view was pretty and the place was just by the sea, with the pool, everything brand new and very comfortable. Lovely staff as well and the owner (who worked at the bar and made lovely cocktails for us).

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay there. If you travel without a car it has an ideal location - between the Kiani Akti beach and downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy, the daily cleaning is awesome. And the owner is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need it.

The apartment was lovely. It is located close to the centre, but nestled in a residential area, so very quiet. Vaso, our hostess, was SO helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was exceptional. It was beyond our expectations. It offered comfortable stop during our trip across Greece
The owner was very welcoming. He had turned the heating on before our arrival, so the appointment was heated when we arrived. He welcomed us with tsiporo and wine, which was really nice.
It is located on the main street, and we found parking place in front of the appointment. The beach walk and the old historical center is very close by.

If you ever get a chance to stay here, please do. We ended up showing up earlier than anticipated. The host came in earlier and cleaned the facilities so we can enjoy our room. Great service!! Also take a minute to meet the lovely couple that own the restaurant downstairs (Tevois). They will definitely take care of you and not to mention how delicious their food was. Can’t get any more authentic.

This fully renovated accommodation is even better than you see on the photos. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious. Homemade cookies are a bonus. Fruit and veg shop is just around the corner. It's a minutes walk to the city center with charming coffee shops and restaurants. I would recommend driving to the beach unless you enjoy a 25-minute walk. All in all I would highly recommend this holiday accommodation. The host is great and very responsive.

I liked that the calli house apartment was clean, it had all the necessary kitchen facilities and the apartment made me feel like a warm and cozy home. It was also easy to find from the bus station and the center of Preveza 👍
We loved the balcony overlooking the streets and rooftops of nearby buildings. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The apartment was well set up with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Our host gave us excellent advice about things to see and do and went over and above in helping us. We can’t thank him enough - we were so sad to leave and even now, a couple of months after my stay I miss this apartment and Prevezza!
The room is quite big and spacious. It was clean, there is a kitchen and the bathroom was clean and available clean towels, soap and shower gel, but it was very small. The Air conditioning worked very good.
The location was good as it is walking distance from the pedestrian zone and the port, which is nice, but it is very dificult to find parking place near the biilding, especialy during the weekend.
The property looks great. It was very clean and quiet. The neighbours from apartament 4, which I understand that were friends of the owners, were very considerate and polite and kept quiet during the rest hours. The room was very large and comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchenette.

A great house to stay with family. Ideal for children. You can easily rest while your children play in the garden. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 3 minutes by car to the center. The homeowners are very good people. We could only stay in this wonderful place for 2 days and we will miss it very much. and we will definitely return for a long holiday again
