Great apartment, modern and efficiently furnished, very clean and cleaned daily. A bit small for 2 adults + 2 boys 15yo, but unlike other places we stayed, the extendable sofa was large enough and very comfortable for the boys.
Nice outside space where you could eat or just relax in the shade. Free parking. Short walk to supermarket, restaurants and beach.
Alexandros was a very helpful and friendly host, he welcomed us when we arrived, in the middle of the night (1am), and we even got a gift at checkout: linden flowers from the tree that gives the name of the place, plus a jar of home made marmelade.

Excellent location, downtown and front beach. The apartment is large, two bedrooms and a kitchen with living. Restaurants are on a distance of 1 minute by walk. Jasmina was very kind to guide me to the dock where you can park the car. I recommend Elvetia House.

The apartments were well positioned and distributed. There was shade on the balcony and each room had a separate entrance. We appreciated the large balcony and the garden with the pool. The manager was very welcoming and made our stay comfortable. The breakfst was generous, fresh and tasty. It was nice and quiet and we slept well.

Excellent location, close to the beach with friendly owners! The entire property is very clean and so is the beach! The room was modern and spacious with a very big balcony, which I loved!
A great advantage is the fact that every room has a parking lot allocated and when you arrive you can park right in front of your room so that you can easily carry you luggages in.

It is new, perfect location. They clean the rooms every day and change the towels and sheets on the half of your stay. The bed is comfortable. There is a small kitchen if you need. The pool is not big but it's good for the late afternoon, also very clean.
Our villa was very comfortable , exquisite interior design , spacious rooms , perfect for a family with children , very clean , super nice staff , the kitchen was fully equipped with nice appliances , the private pool a major plus , the location is not far from town center ( a 10 min walk away ) . We really enjoyed vacationing here and will be coming back .

The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, they are clean. A very comfortable bed, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances, there is a capsule coffee machine.
