The property is a newly constructed or modified villa with spacious nice and clean units. All units have a kitchenette with everything necessary for a breakfast or a quick meal (utensils, plates, cups and mugs). You either get a precious sea view or beautiful garden view with grape vines, pomegranate, quince and olive trees or a combination of both.
The owners are super nice. There is also a separate 2 or 3 bedroom unit with full kitchen, living room and dining area that comes with the patio furniture and gorgeous view where you can dine and enjoy the breathtaking sunset view from there.
The beach is five minutes away from the villa and we were using the owner’s sun-beds and umbrella.
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed every second of it.

The location of this facility is the top thing about it. You can actually stay on the beach, right beside the sea, the view you get from the balcony is as you see in the pictures, and this may compensate for some other things that are not perfect. Inside things are decent, its an older house, generally clean, clean sheets and towels, one time in the week the host cleans the room and changes sheets. The smell inside is ok, no strange odors or so. Ac works well, its only one unit in the kitchen, the bedroom has ac from the other room. Bedroom is spacious, bed is ok, not great. Bathroom has all you need, hot water all the time. Nice view from the bedroom also, on the lateral street, but also you can look at the sea from the bed, very nice. On the balcony, there is a table and chairs, very nice place to relax in the shadow. You can view the sunrise from the balcony, or from the bed in the bedroom. Also a few meters in front of the property, there is a part of the beach, where you can go free of charge with what you need. The host, takes care and clean the part of the beach in front of her house. Clean and nice. Our host was also carefull to cleaning outside of property, yard, hallways, stairs. A little to the right is the pontoon where boats come to take tourists, or is very popular for pictures. So, again, location.

We arrived around 5 pm and the air-conditioning was on. We felt welcomed, all 5 of us.
Big thanks to an employee from Albania who helped us find a parking spot by giving us his own.
The apartment is located 5 min away from the beach 1 min away from the Greek restaurant "Las-Pas" and near to other local shops and restaurants.
The beds are new and super comfortable.

Completely new and renovated apartment, very clean and spacy. Nespresso machine and fully equiped kitchen. Better than in pictures! Big terrace with also beautiful furniture, with a view to a garden where is also a free parking. Hosts were really kind, they speak english and some serbian as well :)
The room was perfect for my stay, plenty big enough, very clean, and kitchen and wardrobe access. The location was also perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beachfront. I didn't meet any staff but my room was cleaned each day and new towel/bedsheets I think every other day. Lockbox was easy and communicating via WhatsApp with the staff was really easy and reliable! Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Air conditioning works very well, hot water all the time. Bed sheets and towels very clean and with a lovely smell. Pictures presented in the listing are very accurate. The TV is small but because of the location we did not use it that much so I do not consider it a minus.
The host was very helpful and polite throughout our entire stay. She shared recommendations about local restaurants and places to visit . The location is very close to the Main Street but at the same time it’s not in the noisy part which is great. The parking space was really convenient. If you do not have a guaranteed parking space in that part of the village you will struggle a lot as the streets are very narrow and there is no place to park. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and there was basic kitchenware available.

What a place! This is my 5th time in Pefkohori and this house is by far the best place I’ve stayed! Amazing beds, comfortable living room, perfect dining area and kitchen too. Air conditioning in all rooms. Big, beautiful terrace with a lemon tree. Less than 2 minutes walk to the sea.. Shops, restaurants, markets, bakery - all 2 minute walks away but in the night is peaceful and quiet. 😊 The owners are very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived they prepared us a bottle of wine and snacks. 😊 I recommend this place, its 10/10. 😇
Everything, especially the mini kitchen where we could cook for our toddler. Even though the kitchen was well equipped, you should bring additional pots and pans.

the apartment was situated in a quiet location but only ten minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. The room was cleaned everyday and it had all the facilities you need for self catering with a well equipped kitchen. there was a supermarket a minute away selling everything you could need and a few minutes to the old square with excellent entertainment and tavernas.
Location lovely and breakfast was really nice, a few minor issues with essential things missing from the kitchen that you need for self catering, but we mentioned it to the hotel management and it was sorted out when we got back to our room, very helpful and friendly
