Simply exceptional. From the moment we got there we were taken care of with the host meeting us with the keys. Firstly the views from this property are sensational. And as far as cave houses go, this has fewer stairs than some others (short walk from street). The apartment itself is spacious, air conditioned and has everything you need. The hydrospa on the balcony is excellent, especially given the heat of the summer, gives you the perfect spot to plunge but not your breathtaking viewing time.
The property is also walking distance to the main town of Oia, about 1km, and it’s a beautiful walk
The host also can provide breakfast for an additional fee, and it is fantastic and would highly recommend
Overall can’t say enough positives about this place. If you’re going to Oia and want a place with that postcard Oia view, you don’t need to look further. We will be staying again

Everything! The location offers one of the best views of the caldera in our opinion. It is also right next to the sunset viewing spot so extremely convenient. The host Konstantinos is kind and very helpful, we really appreciated his prompt communication and assistance arranging everything for us including transfers. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is even a small kitchen with fridge. We highly recommend this accommodation in Oia!
Absolutely nothing to dislike at this accommodation, spacious, views, amazing breakfast choice .With a much needed breeze on this side of the island in summer. What would put some people of is the 10min walk, however it's only 5 till the main road where you generally walk the rest faster than the traffic in this popular crowded area. Once finished with the Santarini crowd it's a pleasant walk back to calm and space, not to mention the pool. A little kitchen and Mini mart in the carpark area inside 100m. Perfect
AMAZING! Everything is as in the pictures. The young lady in charge of reception welcomed us warmly and explained how it all works with the room and jacuzzi.
View is incredible, and if you go by bus Finilkia bus stop is just 3 min away from them.

The house is built inside a giant rock what makes its ceilings and walls of different heights, so very unique. Kitchen and all is very well equipped.
Giorgos, the property manager, gave us a warm welcome with a nice bottle of local wine and delicatessens.
He also provided us with very detailed information about places, restaurants and beaches.
Everything was very clean, location is perfect (in the middle of the center), beds have enough privacy because of the curtains, they arranged a shuttle to the airport for me, Diana was incredibly kind, the kitchen includes basic appliances, there’s enough plugs to charge all devices, … best hostel I’ve been to so far!
The location is very close to the bus station and has tons of good restaurants and shopping spots nearby.
This is a prime property in Oia. The kitchen is sufficient and the facilities are great.
Antonina was a very proactive and professional host. She suggested good spots nearby , provided valuable advice on commuting in Oia. She also went the extra mile to store our bags as we checked out at 11 but collected our bags at 4 PM.
Overall this was a very comfortable stay.
The location is unique between the domes! The view is amazing and it means you don’t have to queue to take photos - you just walk past everyone. The cave suites are comfortable and have a small kitchenette perfect for making tea and light snacks.

The Excellent location. It is literally above the bus stop and so very easy to get to and use the bus. There are different restaurants underneath the hostel. All the main attractions of Oia is just a few steps away. Good room and bed. locker for each bed. Clean toilets. Kitchen available for self-catering. They even have a tie-up with another hotel with a pool for guests to access but unfortunately it was too late by the time I found this out for me to use.
