Me and my husband had an amazing stay at Nikos Rooms in Nea Peramos! From the moment we got there, the hosts were super welcoming and polite.
The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to some great local spots for food and drinks. You can buy food from the nearest supermarkets and use the kitchen for making snacks or light meals . Our place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.
For what you get, the price is very reasonable.

Our stay was great! Host was really nice and welcoming! Apartment was clear and beds are very comfortable. There is AC in every room and on top of the mosquito nets, the host provided us with additional protection devises in case any sneak in. Kitchen is well stuffed with everything you might need. There is big balcony which is perfect for morning coffee. Definitely good price to quality.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The kitchen was not cleaned well. The toiletries holder in the bathroom was rusty. The room was narrow and suitable for two people. The sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping. The distance between the bedroom and the wall was small, which was extremely uncomfortable. I regret the choice I made.
