The host Alex was excellent providing detailed location and advice. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable providing all amenities needed. Alex has gone the extra mile to ensure his guests are well catered for during their stay, providing a fully stocked Nespresso machine, a large Samsung tv that provides all your streaming needs including auto airplay, large modern fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, USB wall access points, WiFi and more. We visited at the end of September/October the beach front location quiet and comfortable. There is gated parking at the apartment block and an apartment balcony overlooking the magnificent sea view. Booking a visit to stay at Blue Vision is a must for anyone who wishes to visit Nea Makri as a break or to visit the surrounding archeological sites in the Marathon area. A perfect location, host and property.

Spacious, beachfront apartment with kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and functioning. The price was reasonable for an apartment on the beach. The hotel owner/staff were very helpful with requests. When we couldn't get a taxi, one of the staff took us to our next destination for a modest fee.

The location is great: nice beach bars and restaurants just outside the front door. Great for an extra night on the mainland and much more pleasant than staying in Rafina.
Very cosy, fully renovated apartment with big terrace, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, many spacious wardrobes and close to the beach. Felt like a second home. Host is very nice and helpful too.
Spacious apartment with two air conditioners, a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and had everything we needed (enough towels, equipped kitchen, grill, umbrella and beach chairs...). We had the option of using 2 bicycles, although we did not use them because we had a rented car. Communication with the owner was through WhatsApp and it worked great, the owner was very kind and provided a lot of information.
Very good location at walking distance from the beach with decent cafes, restaurants and a long walking promenade along the shore. Very clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean, spacy and pleasant rooms over two floors. Nice, modern and comfortable furniture. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Bathroom clean and well-equipped. Nice garden with well-kept lawn and modern garden furniture. Terrace at the garden level and pergola with moving shading cover. Free WiFi, free video on demand (Netflix). Will definitely return.
The apartment is magnificent. I stayed there for the second time. Great location, kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bed, very clean. Mari is just amazing. I am very pleased and grateful.
We only stayed one night on our way to Marathon but the room had everything we needed. Modern upgrades and a full kitchen. The huge balcony and view was something else! The owner was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable even though it's a sofa bed. Lovely place to stop over.
