The 3 bedroom apartment was extremely accomodating and exceeded all our expectations. It is modern, newly built and in a fantastic location, in the Gera Bay region, literally opposite the beach. It is also in a quiet and secure location. The hosts were amazing and we want to thank Mrs Elida and her 2 adult children Eleni and Illias who made our stay enjoyable. The grounds were immaculately maintained, with great gardens, lounge areas and on-site parking availability.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Especially the guy at reception was very good he recommended us the best restaurants in the area and he helped to make reservations. All staff was so positive. Hotel’s location is at the downtown, which makes it very easy to enjoy the pubs and cafes. There is also a kitchen with a big fridge. It’s a very modern hostel I think it’s worth the price we had no issue.
We did not get any breakfast but the small kitchen and refrigerator was enough to prepare own breakfast .
Bedroom sizes were good and the balcony was big enough to sit for 4 person .
Sheets and towels were clean and they changed the towels in 2 days .
AC position was good not direct cold flow to the rooms so you can let it run in the night . If you open door or window AC closes automatically which is good for the environment.
Mytilene center close with car drive , easy access , parking place big enough . There is a small beach close.

We had an amazing stay at Filoxenia Apartments. The room was incredibly clean, and all the furnishings were perfectly coordinated. We loved having a small kitchen, and it was a delightful touch to have a coffee machine with capsules provided. If we return to Lesbos, this will definitely be our go-to place.
It's located in the old city center, one street away from harbor and bus stop. Castle and the beach are 10 - 15 minute walk. Everything is nearby. Air conditioner works fine, you have a common area downstrais that also operates as a kitchen. You can bring your own food and store in the fridge. Key card to enter the place also after midnight. Towels inclusive, a free ride to the airport and a free breakfast. Furthermore friendly staff.
Location is great, by foot you can walk all city center. Yorgos is helpful and gave the hints. Rooms and common area is extremely clean. For kitchen, all your needs at the rooms even a french press.
Rooms have everything you need from kitchen utensils to furniture. They are all clean and comfortable. The owner John is such a friendly person that he helps you all the time. One of the best places to stay at when you arrive in Mytlienne. I strongly suggest you to try this place.

Except for the room, the guests have a fully equipped and modern kitchen with cold water, ice facilities etc in the common area. We were greeted by Sotiry ( long haired man) and Elena, very kind people.
The feeling is of a 5 Star Hotel / real estate.

The house was very beautifully furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. If you are a coffe lover, different coffee machines were available. The terrace was very large and very enjoyable.
