Very nice location right in the center. The room was very clean and modern. You have parking available at about 3-4 minutes waling or in their own private parking which is about 8-9 minutes walking. The kitchen is equipped with all you need.

Location was excellent, very clean, plenty of facilities.
We stayed at the loft suite that comes with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Both the living space and bedroom are quite big and tastefully decorated (a great mix of modern and traditional). The kitchenette is very efficient. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. There is a 10-minute steep walk up to the village square and a 20-minute drive to the center of Volos. The view is amazing and there is also a small private terrace outside the room. Konstantina at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The property is a two stories house on a mountainside with a terrace/patio overlooking Volos and the Pagasetic Gulf.
The house is fully renovated with a fireplace and all the modern comforts (new kitchen, central heating system. washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV, etc).
Having coffee on the patio, and enjoying the great view, while local goats are passing by with the soft tinkling of bells is priceless.

The house is in the southern neighbourhood of Makrinitsa in Koukourava. The location was very beautiful at the edge of the village with very nice view. The house itself was spacious, in the ground floor the kitchen, bathroom, dining and a bedroom and on the upper floor two bedrooms and a wc. The kitchen very well equipped and with basic supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, rusks, snacks etc). The host offered us a bottle of wine.
