The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

It was the 3rd time being in Skiathos and the 2nd time at the hill. We rather prefer this hotel than the Entechnos Living because the rooms are bigger, newer and everything is working. Also the area is well maintained. The room maid was very lovely and made everything we asked for. And we love the kitchen area and the lovely, friendly white/copper cat which welcomed us everytime we returned to the hotel. Okay let's talk about the steep hill location: If you are normal to good driver then the two ways from up are easy. I would not recommend the way with the entrance below, here you should not drive if you are not an experienced driver (here you could dammage also your car because of the many stones on the gravel road). If you are a less experienced driver and you have fear about steep hill entrance, than better you take taxis or ask Paolo for an option. There are too many bad drivers on this road!
And finally talk about the view: You see down to the whole city of Skiathos, Skopelos and even Alonissos is to see. How could it be better?

Villa Pefka exceeded our expectations. What an absolutely beautiful part of the world. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need (and more) and we loved the elevated position looking down over skiathos. We hired a car which allowed us easy access to beaches, supermarkets and the town (all within very short distances). A much needed relaxing holiday. Travelled as a family with a 7 and 9yr old. Just perfect for us. We were not intending to do any cooking so not having any proper cooking facilities was great. However the little kitchen in the cupboard had a good selection of crockery, a toaster and a toastie sandwich making grill and kettle.
Lovely facility. Excellent Views. Staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful & even booked us a taxi ride back to the airport at short notice when we failed to confirm a booking. Rooms well equipped, very practical, with a hob, fridge & kitchen sink. Nice pool area & little bar / kitchen / reception desk. Enough parking for when we hired a jeep. cleaned rooms every 2 days, changed towels & bed linen, which was perfect. felt that we got great value for money.
The host was always ready to help us and made our stay comfortable. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, located not too close to the main road. There are 2 nice rooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet room and a balcony with a lovely sea&garden view. There is a good small supermarket nearby. The nearest beach Agia Paraskevi is within a 6-minute walk

Fantastic location positioned between 3 fabulous beaches and close to bus stops, supermarket and numerous restaurants. Property was clean and I liked having kitchen facilities and being able to sit out on the lovely balcony/terrace. The staff were so friendly and Nikos went above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay, and has a wealth of knowledge on the entire island. The morning coffees and evening cocktail prepared by beautiful Maria were an added bonus.
Everything was amazing, staff is really nice, rooms are spacious and beautiful, beds are very comfy, wifi is fast, kitchen has everything you need for cooking simple things. Hotel has pool and bar next to it. They provide continental breakfast there. Diamond restaurant close was amazing with their dinner menu for few euros, highly recommended :) We would definitely come back.
There are nice restaurants near by, a lot of parking places available on the property. You most likely need a vehicle to get around, even though the closest beach is about 10 min walk; or the bus station 15 is close. The rooms are very clean. We quite enjoy our stay. We were even upgraded to a deluxe room. Both the economy and the deluxe rooms were nice; both with kitchen.
My wife and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is nicely located in a quiet area with a view into the greenery, and the next beach lies within walking distance. Everything was very clean and well-maintained; our apartment was cleaned every day. The upper floor apartment with balcony was cozy and well-equipped with a kitchen unit including hotplate, fridge, and microwave. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel serves delicious dishes at very reasonable prices.
We loved everything. The property is well taken care of. The pool is large and very clean. The family are so lovely. We had two bedrooms, all perfect. Very clean, great balconies and views, good air con. Warm water all the time for a shower. (Hand showers btw which was fine for us). We didn’t really use the kitchen but it had everything you needed. There was plenty of storage for clothes.. just everything about it was wonderful. In fact so wonderful we changed our plans and stayed a few extra days
