We had rented all three apartments. There is a large yard, space for three or maybe four cars. The host Alex welcomed us. He constantly took care of us, that we lacked nothing. A very nice person with whom you can talk about anything. Whatever you need, he will deliver it or tell you where to find it. Will it be a shop or a beach! Whatever is said will be little and insufficient.

The apartment is located up in the village. It’s very close to the beach by car. It’s a good location if you want to visit different places between Preveza and Parga. The house is tottaly new and was very clean, beautiful inside. There is a nice balcony with chairs for relax. The owner Mrs Aspasia was very helpful and friendly. The price I found very reasonable for the quality we received and I would recommend this for families with children. :)

We had a perfect vacation at Villa Cathrine. The house had everything we needed, and the host Vassiliki, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She allowed us to check in early since we were traveling with children. We enjoyed watching the sea at the sunset every evening on the terrace. The living room was beautifully decorated with modern and artistic touches. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had hot water for showers at all times.

Clean, spacious room with good kitchen. Friendly professional staff. Really nice clean pool, and the sea breeze was most welcome during the very hot weather during our stay. Beach and restaurants and supermarket all just a few minutes walk.
The apartment was imaculatey clean and upkept regualrly. It was better equipped than any other property we’ve been to, especially the kitchen. It is new and pleasant to spend time in.
Everything was wonderful: Stunning views on the bay, two separate bathrooms, so we didn’t have to share ours with them, well equipped small kitchen with a big fridge, perfectly functioning air conditioning, very good water pressure & temperature, very well designed outdoor area ( minimalistic looks) with a very nice swimming pool. The cleaning lady was very special and very keen on her job, she had indeed many reasons to be proud of.
The family is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the kitchen has everything a traveller needs. The beds were also very comfortable.
The property was comfortable for a group of 6.
We enjoyed the sitting area on the exterior with the
kitchen just next to it, very handy. There is space for
kids to play in the front yard. The property was clean,
the Wi-Fi was fully functional. The beach is at 1 min
walk from the property; you also get views of the sea from
the balconies. The best restaurant we tried is at 5 min
walk.
Very friendly host, and the apartments were excellent. Clean, air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen and very cosy apartment in general. Maria and Peter are super kind and they provide you all the help you may need. We will come again!
