This was very clean and had nice updated features. They were very attentive and quickly answered any questions I had. The room size is nice and the bed very comfortable. The location is fantastic--right between the seaside (about a 10 min walk) and the old historic area of the city (about 15 min walk). Aristamenou Street is just a few blocks away. About 2 blocks away is a terrific, large grocery store. I will definitely be staying here again!

Location - a few min walk to main pedestrian shopping Aristomenous street. Located on a dead end street so very quiet
Parking - private spot outside door. It’s a skinny lane so you either back in to park or back out to get out.
Bedrooms - first had large bed seemed bigger than queen but smaller than king, the second 2 twin beds. Both spacious with large closets and hangers. Each bedroom had its own AC.
Bathroom - large, mirror and sink and laundry condo washer/dryer. Good water pressure, hot water. It was SO GREAT to be able to do laundry. Owners supplied us with 5-7 laundry pods. We didn’t know how to use the machine and video called Maria and she explained what settings to use.
Terrace - table with chairs. Greenery cover provided shade. Had room to put laundry drying rack.
Full kitchen - we did not cook but it’s a full kitchen. Nespresso machine and owner provided coffee pods. Nice touch! Tons of plates, glasses, cups, dishes etc, even spices for cooking etc. full fridge with a small freezer
Extra - laundry drying rack, ironing board iron, baby high chair, games and more that were in closets we didn’t look into.

Such a great place! The pool area is so much fun, the rooms are convenient and beds are comfortable, for a family of 11 we used both upstairs and downstairs and had plenty of space

The apartment is very well located. We walked to the beach every day. Excellent restaurants and bars no further than a 15 min walk. Beds were comfortable.The apartment was fully loaded, from toothbrushes, razors, laundry detergent etc. It also had a professional hair blow dryer for us to use. The fridge was stocked with 2 water bottles, fruit juice and a bowl of fruit. Kitchen was stocked with coffee (espresso and Greek), tea, sugar, honey etc.
The owner met us at the door, she was very friendly and welcoming.

Great apartment and nicely decorated. The kitchen and the washing machine proved to be very useful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks that they offered with the room. The parking for the car was safe, spacious, and under shadow. Good Internet connection.
Beautiful rooms right in the heart of the township. It wasn't noisy at all. The staff were extremely lovely and we were recommended a wonderful authentic Greek restaurant for our evening meal. Thank you.
The apartment size was huge and it had a separate kitchen dinning, bathroom and bedroom. Each room was spacious and beautiful decorated in the dedicated rooms colour. I loved the pot plants throughout the apartment.

The 'wonderful spot to recharge' is a beautful appartment, where we had a comfortable stay close to the city of Kalamata. The appartment is superclean, has a great kitchen and a large terrace overlooking a forest of olive trees.The host Vaso has an eye for detail and goes out of her way to be helpful. To be recommended!
Very well equipped, full kitchen, coffeemachine plus some capsules. Bed and shower very good. Two airconditioners. Anti-mosquito evaporators and candle at disposition (didn't need them though). Big balkony over full flat lenght, with chairs an table for having a wine outside. Lots of space for parking
the apartment is large and complete with everything (sheets, towels, soap, hairdryer, kitchen tools...). the location is excellent for reaching the center and restaurants in a few minutes. the owner was very kind, she left us water and a dessert for breakfast. we found free parking for the car right in front of the apartment. although it faces a large road, the apartment is quiet and we slept well. we definitely recommend it!
The decor was modern and layout practical. Having two bedrooms with double beds was great. 3 airconditoners for rooms made the place great in the hot temperatures. Fully equipped kitchen with nespreso coffee maker. Outdoor drying or relaxing area. Location walking fustsnce to main eating and shopping street.
Spotlessly clean. Very good instructions for keys so I could let myself in. The terrace is fantastic. Air con , WiFi and kitchen all great. Really nice little studio. I was only there one night before moving on. Bit of a walk to the bus station but it's ok. About 6 minutes to a big grocery store. No complaints. I would recommend and would stay there again if in Kalamata.
