I highly recommend accommodating yourself here in 30 sense’s luxury apartment if you travel to Rhodes! This is such a fabulously wonderful experience here! I spent such a pleasant time here: everything is so clean, new, nicely organised, well equipped and decorated, and fully functional! I can cook here for breakfast and dinner. In the daytime I hung out on the street in the Rhodes city and the Lalysos Center. The landlord or the owner is extremely nice, timely responsive, and very friendly about any questions I asked. The location of this apartment is just at the heart of the Lalysos Center. There is a few supermarkets and bustling places for food nearby in a few mins walk distance, so is the bus station. Also, the owner elaborately prepared a pack of cookies, many coffee capsules and tea bags, a beautiful and luxury candy pack and a blanket of fruits with peaches and pears inside, etc! More importantly, a bottle of wine is placed here for you for a beautiful night and its elaborate and elegant! I stayed here for 3 days in a row. Next time I would still choose this place to stay in. I really enjoyed the time here staying this apartment!

Thank you very much for the hospitality. A very cozy apartment in the residential area of Ialyssos. The wonderful host took care of all the little details for the comfort of the guests: shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, and even juice, water, and ice in the fridge for the hot weather 😀. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. A balcony with a view of the square and church. A shop and several cafes are within walking distance, as well as a lovely bakery for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and the attention to detail. Wishing you prosperity ❤️.

Apartment was absolutely lovely. Nice light colors, design and furniture. I loved the floor especially, so beautiful. Lots of space and very clean.
Apartment was one stairs up in the building, one whole floor with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, big living room with dining area, two bathrooms with toilet and one toilet. Showers provided warm water enough every day.
There was also lots of balcony area around the apartment with sofa, different chairs and tables. So, lots of room everywhere for our group of four people.
Yard with pool and roof also, which we did not use cause the sea was so close!
All windows had proper automatic curtains which kept all light away when you needed so.
Bedrooms were also spacious with soft doublebeds. Air condition in all rooms.
Apartment was very well equipped, kitchenware, cleaning equipment, etc. Also pool was cleaned once during our 6 day stay.
If the apartment itself was perfect, I have to say so was the location and surroundings.
5 minute walk away started the area of the supermarkets and restaurants. Also 10 min walk away bigger supermarket with good selection and fair prices. 15 min taxi drive away from Rhodes city.
Villa located at the end of ending road, the last building, so there was no traffic except few people walking to beach, so you were kind of in our own peace there with totally open view to the sea.
The beach was just few steps away and it felt almost private, lots of room there also, not crowded at all at least this time of the year. And if you wanted, there was possibility to rent a beachchair with parasol on the left.
Beach was clean with lovely sandbottom after one meter of stones. Even when one day was very windy you were able to swim there.
And last but not least, Diamantis was so warmly welcoming, easy to communicate, polite, helpful, quickly replied. Really felt he did his best to make sure guests will enjoy the vacation fully!

We got very much for the money! Very nice pool area, and a nice pool bar with refreshments. Great staff. Perfect location, five minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants, grocery store right across the street and bus stop for those who want to go to the city center of Rhodes. The apartment is easy standard with small kitchen and balcony. Not fancy but you get all you need. We would love to come back!
Very clean and beautiful apartments in quiet place- you hear only sound of birds and animals. In living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Apartments are equipped with everything you need - kitchen appliances, dishes, pans, pots, etc.. Outside is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy evenings, delicious freshly grilled dinners and refreshing drinks. The apartments are child-friendly and toys are available. Host was very kind and friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant and left great memories.
Very helpful and friendly owner. Flight cancelled late at night. He got are room ready why we had a drink on the house. Well a quipped kitchen large fridge, freezer and a washing machine was a bonus. Large terrace overlooking the pool.
Good location in the region. There are many restaurants and markets nearby. You can go to the sea by walking. The pool is nice for kids. It's nice to relax on the grass by the pool. Kitchen equipments are ok. No parking problem.
Hotel itself is very clean and pleasant, the pool and the yard is very nice, with the cafe besides. Room was big and clean. Bed and pillows were really comfy! Big shower, nice kitchen with basic things that you may need. The nearest bus station is right around the corner, on the main street where you can catch the bus to Rhodes town.
Stuff was also very kind. This was the third accommodation that we had on this holiday and this was the best one and even the price was the lowest. Warm recommendation.

I was surprised by how well was kitchen equipped: I had everything I need to cook some times, we had even toaster and great fried pan!

Mike is a wonderful host! The flat is located 12 minutes from the airport and about a 6 minute walk from the beach. It's hidden behind a busy street where you can find shops and restaurants. We loved the cleaning service every two days - fresh towels and bedsheets as well. AC very good and quiet. The kitchenette has anything you would need for basic cooking. The bathroom is simple but clean. Parking by the street, no need to book or pay for it. Very safe place to walk at night.
It was wonderful stay- impeccably clean apartment, very comfortable bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lovely tarace in front. The apartment is located a few steps from the beach and the best restaurant. Contact with the host was perfect. I really recomend this place and hope to come back soon :-).
