The owner made every effort to make us feel like we were in our home away from home. They were kind, generous and attentive to our every need. The owner left us fruit and goodies and baked pastries for us and her husband caught a fish which they serve up to us as well as many home made treats in the room. The apartment was specious and well appointed and ultra clean.

The place is on a neighborhood that is quiet and calm.
Not far from Monemvasia, couple of minutes by car.
Room was comfortable, spacious enough, bathroom jus enough, but we only stayed for a night so it was just good for us.
Apartment has separate bedroom, and living room with kitchen. Has everything you need for a long stay even.
Martina is such a good host, and can give you some tips on where to go, where to drink, eat and similar. She is really sweet.
We loved the stay, even if it was short.

Perfect calm and gorgeous setting on the hill overlooking the small town and the sea. This house was beautiful inside and out and the perfect setting for unwinding in stillness. The view and outside areas are lovely and make it so we didn’t want to leave the house. But it’s only a short drive down to the town beach or a more wild and beautiful beach. Just take supplies with you because there is no market in town. The house has a nice kitchen for preparing meals. The hosts were really responsive and kind. I would travel back to the island for many reasons but also to stay at Athena’s house again. Made the end of our stay on Kythira perfect.

Very nice place with friendly and helpful hosts. Lokal beach is on walking distance about 500m and others famous beaches are about 4 or 5 minutes driving. Parking place in front of the house and the nearest market and restorans about 3 - 4 minutes walking. Apatment was so clear and the kitchen was equipped very well. Breskfast is served in the boxes but it was plentiful and varied every day.
The hotel is in a beautiful location just a few minutes walk from Simos beach. There is a bar/restaurant where you can have something during the day, the menu includes only a few things but the quality is excellent and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are modern, clean and quite spacious. There is also a small kitchen. The staff guys are very kind.
Wonderful house just one quiet road back from a beautiful sandy beach. Modern, comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and well-stocked fridge for our use! We made use of the terrace too.
Given we stayed here pre season the staff were excellent, the rooms were spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Everything seemed fairly new and if you want a hotel with kitchen capabilities on/ very close to beach then book now.
Kalimoira is the most gracious and hospitable host. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and there was an equipped kitchen, and a grill outside we were welcome to use. The room was exceptionally clean. Kalimoira left us handmade pastries upon arrival and made us delicious breakfasts, and also a birthday cake for my husband because all the bakeries were closed for winter. Thank you for everything!!!
Gialos apartment is perfect! Our family of five were very comfortable in the spacious home. Fully stocked kitchen, three ample sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, AC units in each room...and an amazing location right across the street from a beautiful beach...and just steps away from shops and restaurants.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive.
