The amenities, the location, the size of the rooms, the clean and modern feel. We loved being steps to all the restaurants, coffee spots, bars, and shops but being slightly tucked away on a small, quiet pedestrian alley where we didn’t hear a thing after dark. The team, including Argiris and Alexandra, was phenomenal, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring the rooms were clean and we had fresh linens at all times. This was our third visit to Syros. We would absolutely stay at Grammata Suites again!

Lovely spacious villa. Harris was very helpful and extremely friendly. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen for cooking. Nice place for adults to relax. Lots of bedrooms and the separate bedroom outside for privacy.

Very comfy house with sea view in quite area with everythink you need. Fully equiped kitchen, big bedroom with comfortable double bed, nice living room. Private garden and terrace are just amazing.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed during our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware which made our stay with our few months old baby very stress-free. The view from the terrace is breathtaking while the beach only a few minutes by feet. This gem definitely met our expectations on this beautiful island and we will book it again any time!!! Great views from the hotel. The room was a very good size with a great view from the balcony and a well equipped kitchen. The bar area and pool were great too. The breakfast was good value for money.
Amazing view from the balcony with easy access to the beach (basically it was across the street). We would relax in the evening on the two lounge chairs looking at the waves. The bed was large enough to accomodate all of us (2 adults and one child). We could find food for breakfast (and much more) in the store at the ground floor, just below the studio. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Bus station is in front of the building. The owner will help you find a rental car at a good price.
Had everything you realistically need. No kitchenette. Ground floor room, big pool. 5 minute walk to a Azolimnos beachfront with restaurants and mini shop. Owners were lovely.
The pool was our favourite feature it was huge and most of the time we had it to ourselves. The room was large with a kitchen and lounge area which was a nice treat. The balcony was also big with a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast was nice although not necessarily a massive variety of choice.
The views were amazing. Super quiet place, perfect to chill and relax! Costas was a superhost, he help us with everything and treat us like home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the bbq is a must during the sunset.
We loved this hotel. It was in a quiet location but only ten minutes drive (8 euro taxi ride) from Ermoupoli and easy to get taxis to beaches around the island. Our room was a good size, with nice kitchenette and balcony with views of the pool/coast. The pool was big and we were always able to find a sunbed or chairs. The hotel staff are amazing, whether serving us at the bar, preparing good breakfasts, ordering us taxis etc. We'd really recommend this hotel.
