The pool was great and very welcome in the heat. The apartment was spacious and had good air conditioning. Our host was helpful and also cleaned the room every day - it was spotless.

The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

Probably the best accommodation and host in Skiathos. Perfect location with waking distance to everything, restaurants, beach, bus station, the room was modern, comfortable and super clean. Natasa surprised us with delicious homemade cakes.

It was the 3rd time being in Skiathos and the 2nd time at the hill. We rather prefer this hotel than the Entechnos Living because the rooms are bigger, newer and everything is working. Also the area is well maintained. The room maid was very lovely and made everything we asked for. And we love the kitchen area and the lovely, friendly white/copper cat which welcomed us everytime we returned to the hotel. Okay let's talk about the steep hill location: If you are normal to good driver then the two ways from up are easy. I would not recommend the way with the entrance below, here you should not drive if you are not an experienced driver (here you could dammage also your car because of the many stones on the gravel road). If you are a less experienced driver and you have fear about steep hill entrance, than better you take taxis or ask Paolo for an option. There are too many bad drivers on this road!
And finally talk about the view: You see down to the whole city of Skiathos, Skopelos and even Alonissos is to see. How could it be better?

Villa Pefka exceeded our expectations. What an absolutely beautiful part of the world. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need (and more) and we loved the elevated position looking down over skiathos. We hired a car which allowed us easy access to beaches, supermarkets and the town (all within very short distances). A much needed relaxing holiday. Travelled as a family with a 7 and 9yr old. Christos and his beautiful wife Vasiliki were so friendly and accommodating datingthroughout our stay. The room has been recently refurbished and was immaculately clean, so clean we were very impressed. We had a comfortable bed, and the bedding and towels were changed every other day. The little kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom again perfect for our needs. loved the large balcony and sea view, well thought out as I could even see the sea from our bed, which was lovely to wake up too.
The studio is very big, with a fully equipped kitchen, very modern bathroom and a big bedroom with very comfortable twin beds. The outside space is brilliant, we had a ground floor terrace with table, chairs and a washing line, you can also sit in the garden if you want, you are surrounded by lemon trees and birds, it's amazing. You will also be visited by the two family dogs, who are so friendly. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away and some really good restaurants close by too
We loved our stay and Xanthipi then owner made us feel very welcome and was so attentive to anything we needed. The rooms were immaculately cleaned every day and the kitchenette very well kitted out. The views were beautiful and there was a fresh sea breeze as the villas are on the hill. The pool area is lovely. We couldn't fault it! Just lovely.
A very nice and well-kept place with mostly refurbished apts. I had one
upstairs with a small but trendy bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a
large balcony with fantastic views to the sea and mountains.
Yes, you have to master a small road uphill, but once you do, you‘ll enjoy
the tranquility.
The owner Xanthippi lives there too, which I found very convenient, because
you‘ve always got somebody to address.
The location is good, close to the beach, and near the bus stop 16. Margarita was very pleasant and helpful. Pool was ok, very green territory. There is terrace where you can enjoy wine or dinner, kitchen is fairly equipped. Overall the island is very overpriced and this pension compared with island prices is ok, but compared with other locations like Spain or Italy is not a value for money at all
We loved the Villa Frideriki , such a beautiful and quite place, perfect location with restaurants around and beach. Very clean, stylish with comfortable beds and fully kitchenette, the studio has a beautiful sea view. Very warm hospitality from the owners, we really appreciate the warm welcome we received. The rooms were basic like most places in Greece but clean and had new bathroom . Handy to have kitchen facilities and a decent hairdryer . Swimming pool and grounds were lovely . Very close to beach, supermarkets and bus stop
