This amazing apartment is centrally located and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. On street parking available outside, short walk to Windermere shops, bars and restaurants as well as being close to the bus stop if needed. The apartment is spacious and modern with the added benefit of still retaining some original features. There really is nothing I could fault about this apartment.

Really enjoyed how open plan the coach house is, really well decorated and very modern with the built in speakers on rooms and TV’s all logged in on Netflix and such! Kitchen was well equipped and although the wood fire hot tub was out of action we had been able to use the downstairs properties 8 person hot tub which was amazing.

I planned a special birthday getaway for my boyfriend, and this property was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay at the Architect’s Loft, with the location being central it made it easy for us to explore Windermere. The apartment was gorgeous, definitely the nicest place I’ve ever stayed! We really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.

It is very quiet and there is convenient lake access especially if you bring your own kayak or paddleboards. There is a playground for children. All kitchenware are provided. There is also a toaster, electric water heater, clothes iron and hair dryer. There is a cafe that is open at certain times and a mobile pizza store that is open also at certain times. Windermere is 5 mins drive away so you can also get food there. Security is also good as you are provided with key fob for entrance access when you go exploring.
The property was full of character, while being modern in terms of the kitchen, bathrooms and TV/internet etc. On top of the location and parking were all excellent.
Beautiful, quiet location. Property has a great mix of period atmosphere and modern facilities. In fine weather it's a real luxury to be able to sit in the small garden and take in the lovely view across the valley while eating breakfast. Nearby shop has essentials and there is a good pub within 10 minute-walking distance for meals, but property's kitchen has everything you might need for self-catering.
It was fantastic, situated between the station and the lake, we had everything we needed for our stay. We found the place clean and tidy, and everything worked, which is always nice, and as was self catering glad they provided kitchen items
For someone like me who needs a place to stay that is nearby I couldn’t ask for better really, this place was a stone’s throw away from my workplace. I also like that it’s self-catering with on-site facilities (kitchen, laundry room - I didn’t use these but would if I was staying for longer). Decent shower, good space in the room and overall a good sleep. I also had to last-minute extend my stay due to train strikes and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.
Everything. Spacious, everything worked. Great little kitchen in the room for self catering. Nice, big bathroom with lovely heated towel rail. Quality bedding, comfy mattress. Immaculate, well maintained building. Free car parking. Walk to high street.
Location was quiet at the end of the street so got some quality sleep in. Very nice and new kitchen with everything needed for self catering. Couldn't have been much better for us, very very happy with our stay.
