Location. Close to centre of town AND waterfront. Two complete tiny flats perfect for the three of us. Clean. Table lamps. Lots of outlets for devices. TVs allowed me to plug in HDMI and stream from my iPad. Coffee and tea in kitchen. Comfortable beds.

The location is very convenient for access to Tynemouth along with the road network to explore Northumberland. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, well looked after and laid out. The views of the harbour are stunning.

A warm and welcoming flat, really clean and comfortable, stocked with necessities (tea, coffee, milk and biscuits). In a quiet area, close to the beach, the parks and local pubs and shops. Parking was next to the property. Mark who helped us with checking in and checking out. One of my favourite things to do was to sit by the window with my morning coffee and enjoy the view of the park and the sea...bliss. I will definitely stay here on my next trip up north to see family.

It was our second stay here. It is an excellent apartment with great views over the seafront and sea. Really close to the town centre and 3 super restaurants literally on your doorstep. Really good communication from the host.

Location good. Very clean inside appartment. Good heating. Good supply hot water. Appeared to have a good range of kitchen appliances, although we did not use the big oven or washing machine. Clean towels supplied. Parking permit supplied.
TV reception good- but all are internet based so you need your account details or need to set one up to use it.
Bedrooms all lovely, spacious kitchen which was a nice social set up. Hosts responded really quickly with any queries and gifted us with breakfast items, snacks and Prosecco. Bathroom had a huge stand bath and the shower was a walk in and very powerful.
We all really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend

Fantastic house in a good location. Kitchen kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous welcome hamper on arrival. Teenage kids loved the bunk room!
