Sam has such a fabulous taste. His entire apartment is beautifully decorated with high end quality items. Bed is so comfy and so is the sofa! Sam is a very generous host. You can find EVERYTHING you need! or even more than you need at home! Location wise is right on the spot at the main street and charming old Warwick town. We really enjoy staying here and sadly to depart. Definitely, we will rebook Sam's place again when we decided to make another trip out to England.

Really handy location. Near a car park that was £8 for 24 hours. Loads of choices of places to go for a meal out/coffee and cake.

Absolutely stunning, from the moment we pulled up outside to opening the front door we were in ore of how perfectly quaint and beautiful this little cottage was, Our host Brogan left us some lovely welcoming gifts that added a homely touch... really nice.
Spotlessly clean and very cosy! Great gardens that were great for our 2 dogs to enjoy and explore, can't recommend this place enough for a peaceful break, would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Right in the centre and walking distance to everything you need. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were amazing and easy to reach. They sorted car parking permit which is a nice touch! Access to property was easy with clear instructions for the key safe. The bed is comfy and had a great nights sleep. A beautifully furnished apartment which is so comfortable and clean. It’s in a great location, close to Warwick and the canal. We enjoyed having an en-suite as well as a main bathroom. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. We walked into Warwick several times and had a lovely walk along the canal to Leamington Spa. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk away from the Cape of Good Hope pub, which is by the canal and serves delicious food. The Cape Cafe is also close by and is perfect for breakfast.
The property was clean and cozy a lovely kitchen dinning space and court yard bathroom modern clean and great for our needs close to main shopping street too and the sound of the church bells was lovely 😊
A fantastic self contained annexe with off street parking, in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Warwick castle. Facilities within the property were excellent with a modern bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and bedroom. We had everything we needed for a short stay (and more). Would love to stay here again.
The owner/manager contacted us in advance to make it extremely simple to get the key from the lock box, and let us know about parking and road closures for a race. The townhouse is conveniently located in close proximity to the castle, shopping, many fine restaurants, and the marketplace. There were many beds, a lovely living room, a spacious kitchen, a large bathroom, and an adorable back yard. It was as comfortable as being at home.
The breakfast was the only thing that was not value for money. Long wait if you wanted anything cooked from kitchen. 20 minutes for porridge!!!!!
Evening meal was good but again a bit pricy.
