The location for the house is perfect. 30 minutes away from Manchester and Liverpool. Bang in the middle. Staff was soo helpful. Communication was a 10/10.

This ad is a scam advert. The host did email upon my booking however she then failed to send access information which is clearly stated will be needed to gain entry. I was alone at 1am stranded. She or he doesn't respond and they told me for a week they are happy to refund but they are now ignoring myself and booking.com do not have any control to refund me either. I know I am now entitled to take these scammers to small claims court and apply for additional compensation.

Their call center quite quick response most of the time and very helpful. Got everything we needed, washing machine, iron etc. Kitchen and dining room look more modern the rest of the house. Washing tablets are provided as dish soap and sponges.
Location was perfect for my needs, apartment was spotlessly clean and with brand new towels (still had the tags on!!), fresh bed linen and a well equipped kitchen. Keys easy to pick up and a quiet environment despite being in the middle of town. Perfect for a one night stay whilst working.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment we needed. Lots of space in the living area and bedrooms. Very happy with our stay and the value for money, will be looking to come again.
The flat was self-catering with a good-sized microwave, smart 'Neue' oven and a big fridge freezer in the kitchen area. There was a good supply of cleaning materials downstairs and also plenty of toilet rolls, towels, shower gels & shampoo upstairs. The separate, medium-sized bathroom with a shower unit was a very good addition to the smaller ensuite shower room with a second toilet. The entire flat was very clean and tidy. The property is just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Warrington.
