The location is 10/10 for shops, restaurants, bars and buses. The property is very clean and has all the facilities for a lovely stay. Annette the host is wonderful, very attentive.

Extremely clean! Felt lovely to walk into a bright and clean apartment. Fresh flowers were a lovely touch and very thoughtful. Great location with easy walking distance for parking and grocery shopping. Family were visiting from Brazil, and they loved the vibrant colours, reminding them of home. Would totally recommend this place in the future to anyone looking to stay in this area. Lastly, Annette is a fantastic host and very accommodating you will be well looked after.

It was our second time at Fair Oak. Wilma was very welcoming and kind to offer us the bigger room with no extra costs. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious with a lovely comfy bed, big tv with Netflix. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook sometimes when we needed and the bathroom was also clean. Fair Oak is close to shops, cafes and the beach and there was a bus stop right at the door which was superb as we don’t drive. We managed to go for an Alpaca walk again like last time we stayed and the Donkey Sanctuary which we really enjoyed. And of course visited towns nearby, including Shanklin, Ventnor, St Helen’s, Ryde etc. We can’t wait to be back! 💖

Great location - easy walk to the beach and to town centre. Spotless, comfortable flat with excellent facilities. Kitchen very well equipped. Very comfortable beds.
The flat was beautifully presented. And so close to the beach it was fabulous. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was spotless when we arrived. Pubs and restaurants are all so close.. but not too close! Overall, we had a great time there.
It's quite close to the beach, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good quality but very strange you had to order from the kitchen as opposed to a buffet. We were there as a group for a party and each room had different amenities. Some had fridges for example.

Great location and a nice clean property. The property management staff are really helpful and accommodating. The kitchen has all the stuff one would required including tea/coffee/sugar, cleaning pods etc. We were also provided with a bottle of wine and some snacks was a very kind gesture. We would visit again.
