I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and lovely aroma that filled the air. The little touches, like having soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided, really made us feel cared for and appreciated.
But what truly stood out was the kindness and cooperation of our hosts. They were so quick to respond when we had a slight issue with the heaters, and their prompt assistance made all the difference.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm and relaxing retreat - you won't be disappointed!

The place was beautiful, cosy, warm, well designed.
Mick and Linda were fabulous hosts, very friendly and when I arrived at the stable the wood burner had been lit for me and it was all nice and toasty. Everything explained by Mick, so lovely and quiet away from all the noise.
Would definitely be staying again and truly thank you for a warm welcoming stay.

The property facilities overall are very good..with everything you need. There was tea coffee and biscuits left for our arrival which was a lovely touch..thankyou
There was plenty of fresh clean towels for everyone, with miniature toiletries also..like a hotel would provide.liquid soap in all bathrooms and kitchen.
A washing up cloth, liquid and tea towel all provided in the kitchen..so absolutely everything was there for us.
We would definitely stay again.
Close to Dudley Port railway station, and regular buses. Warren was easy to communicate with and did what was agreed, at the time it was agreed, very friendly and polite. TV’s in both bedrooms. Full range of kitchen equipment. Plenty of extra cushions and throws/blankets. Good heating. Clean.
There were 5 of us in our family and it was great to all have the use of our own bathroom . Kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies and cooking equipment . Linen and towels supplied also plenty of toilet rolls . Good location walking distance to Black Country museum and Dudley Canal .

- The house was clean and the owner was flexible to some of my additional request like it was possible for us to check in earlier than usual and check out 2 hours beyond the usual time
