Good communication with the host, the keys were easily accessible via a lockbox. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of Teignmouth, opposite the train station and 5 min walk from a big supermarket. The cottage itself was warm, cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, bedding and towels. We were provided with tea bags, coffee sachets and milk upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable.

Seemed to be in a good location and able to park on the driveway.

Our one night stay in the garden apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was an added bonus for those who want a homecooked meal. The apartment is walking distance to local grocery stores, restaurants and Babbacombe Downs but located in a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Everything was great. We instantly felt relaxed and welcome. The apartment was well equipped, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The bed was new and gave us good nights sleep! We liked having an outside area to sit in the sunshine. The grocery items provided on our arrival were an added bonus. The location was good for National Trust properties in the area and the coast. We found a number of local pubs providing excellent food, particularly the Ten Tors Inn and the Barn Owl.

Lovely views and really well equipped kitchen facilities. Lovely treat on arrival. Great storage space for luggage in vast wardrobe too. Close to the pub, crab shack and water.

This homely self catering cottage near to the coast with a double bedroom and two singles. Lovely comfortable lounge with dining table and good clean modern kitchen. Clean tidy bathroom with over bath shower. Lovely court yard garden with sea views. Good location near to town but unfortunately no allocated parking. Minimal street parking but too busy to park there. Reasonably priced car parks nearby though.
It was self catering. A welcome pack of scones was nice Very clean; it was useful having the large patio doors and being able to sit on the balcony, the lay out of the kitchen was good, everything was of nice quality
