The kitchen and garden is superb, the price was very fair and I. A great area to visit Romford, and the local train into London. The hosts really great to communicate with.
I had personal issues with the property and although it was spotlessly clean I couldn't stay there again. Perfect for an able bodied couple. Excellent kitchen facilities including washing machine. It should state on Booking.com that this is a two storey house, not an apartment which would have saved me a thoroughly miserable visit

We were very much impressed about the simple decoration of the bed rooms,kitchen and the Hall aswell.
Talking about the gaming ,we really had fun within our 3days night stayed.
The location is nice and is very quiet
The bungalow has nice elements - the kitchen and some of the fixtures and fittings but it needs someone to come in and sort out the wallpaper , paint and loose skirting boards before renting. With these changes and a clean before each arrival it would be beautiful
The owner was responsive when I complained about the cleanliness and arranged a cleaner for the next day. Unfortunately, she was unable to get in ( I assume) as the door locked behind us and a neighbour had to let us in round the back.
Our room was upgraded on our arrival to the 2 bed apartment, this was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is ideal if you want to stay for longer than a weekend with a dishwasher, washing machine etc. A large lounge/diner and a garden with table and chairs for the better weather. There is plenty of parking.
