Lovely comfortable property with all. The owner met us when we arrived and they had supplied essentials for us such as milk, tea, coffee, bread and butter. Loved the complimentary Rituals Handwash and bath/shower gels for us to use. The property was in a great location ideal for the tube.

Stayed here with Friends and this was a great location very close to Earls Court underground so you could get around London easily. The property was very nice and had everything you could ask for. We recommend that when you stay in London have a look ayt this property as it won't disappoint

Agreed to an early check in, as the room had been cleaned, and we arrived earlier than planned.
Really great service being shown into property and on call to help remind us of door codes when we ran into technical issues at a late hour.

The location is great. right in the centre of Richmond, but windows opening away from the main road, so quieter. Kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower are both very nice and well equipped.
Excellent location for this comfortable property that can easily accommodate up to 5 adults. The house is in a quiet and lovely street in Twickenham next to Richmond bridge. There are plenty of restaurants and places to visit in the area. Communication with the owner was very effective before our arrival. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen area and the living room were nice.
The staff were exceptionally accommodating especially with regards to the restaurant and kitchen. My daughter suffers from celiac and there were sufficient gluten free options. Good service with the kids and play areas etc. Also the fact, that the food also catered for the halal diet meant we could enjoy the sunday roast.
Clean, fantastic location, comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom, right amount of kitchen appliances, modern, great flooring, good storage. The apartment on first glance looked great. Just the below issues were a problem and took time sorting with many texts going back and forth.
