The apartment is beautifully appointed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to use. The fresh flowers and welcome basket were a lovely touch. The furnishings and decor were exceptional, all the comforts of home, to make our stay memorable. The child's high chair was another example of the detail and thought which went into this abode. Excellent apartment, excellent location.

Wonderful, clean, and comfortable apartment. Great location close to everything we wanted to do/see. Also close to public transit and grocery stores, which was convenient! The hosts were very timely with answering any questions and have the apartment set up very nice. Next time we come to Scotland this will be the first place we look at availability!

A very cosy-posh house in a quaint area with lots of ice-cream parlours and picturesque view of the Forth Bridge. Kitchen was well equipped with treats like biscuits, chocolates, cereal and coffee options which my family enjoyed. Fresh roses on the dining table, bath robes like a 5 star hotel!
What a fabulous B&B! I wish we'd stayed longer. We stayed in the upper floor of the cottage with our two teenagers and it was super comfortable and gorgeous. The breakfast was magnificent and delivered to our own private kitchen/dining area. Highly recommend. :-)
Apartment spacious, clean, very well-equipped (even tea bags, sugar, oil etc in kitchen) and lovely views over to the 3 Bridges. Photos on site don't do it justice. Host Carole very helpful and friendly (even interrupting her holiday to liaise with us). Handy for shops, bars, restaurants and public transport and walks. High standard accommodation.
Big, spacious rooms with high ceilings and a kitchen/dining area that is bright, inviting and says: I was waiting for you! Every guest felt immediately at home and so did we.
Oh and the views were superb!
Loved that the flat was so well equiped, especially the kitchen. Lots of little extras such as DVDs, throw rugs, firewood, kids toys etc; a real home from home. Queensferry is a lovely wee village, with regular buses to the city.
It was so clean and luxurious, the beds were extremely comfy, and the views from the large sash windows were picture perfect. The large kitchen had everything you could need with a table perfect for entertaining. The wood stove and the large ceilings together with the red sofas that enveloped you in softness prompted family evening’s spent together playing board games.
From entering the main door to hotel to the room door it was stunning, very clean and the reception staff were great! The room was immaculate, absolutely beautifully decorated and was so cosy and bed very comfortable, bathroom immaculate and shower was braw and hot! Food was amazing aswell! Do not have 1 thing bad I could say or anything to complain about! Will most definitely be my go to hotel from now on!! Well done dakota and all the staff from reception to kitchen to the porters and especially the cleaners are everywhere was immaculate!
