Location of the lodges was lovely and peaceful. A car is necessary to easy access to many interesting places to visit. We had a lovely time. Having two young children with us, the area felt safe to let them play outside the lodge.

Self catering, all facilities were good. Glamping POD was luxurious, clean & tidy. Dog biscuits were placed in the pod with a bowl ready for us on arrival. The complex had great security coded gates that we set pre arrival. Great out door space for walking my cocker spaniel.

This was the most lovely, modern, clean and spacious 2 bedroom bungalow. The host has clearly given thought to everything with comfortable & good quality furniture & furnishings, kitchen appliances, crockery etc. Smart TV, Netflix included.Parking next to property. Easy drive to Pickering. It really is superb.
The house was gorgeous, felt a little weird having the living room and kitchen upstairs but we soon got used to it. The whole house was furnished tastefully and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil and dish you could need. The beds were quite comfortable as to were the couches and armchair.
Our apartment, in Victory Mill, was spacious and very comfortable - all set within a stunning, converted mill with a racing stream at our door.
Furnishings, decor, and the kitchen were of a high quality.
The views from the windows and the proximity to beautiful Thornton-Le-Dale, were idyllic.
Great facilities, very cosy, clean and comfortable. Two televisions was a bonus. There was absolutely everything we could possibly have wanted for self catering. Plenty of space , superbly fitted kitchen and we especially loved the private terrace area where we sat in setting sun looking towards the fields with a glass of wine. It is about a 5ish minute drive to Pickering and half an hour or so the coast and Castle Howard. There's so much to see and do in this area as well as enjoying the country side.
It was an apartment where we were self-catering. It was well appointed and clean, and the location was good. The apartment was one of several constructed in a building that had once been a water mill. The overall outside appearance of the converted building is good.
The lounge/kitchen area was good, with carpet in the lounge area and an oak floor in the kitchen area. We did not use the TV.
The apartment was warm and in July did not need any additional heating.
